Hello,
I'll start with the conclusion which would make my English teachers cringe. Ms. [redacted] is due $54 dollars and...

that is being refunded as I write this response.
Trip on 1.31.16 scheduled to land at 10:45AM, driver spot time was for 10:30AM. Ms. [redacted] called while Mr. Simpson was in route, Ms. [redacted] had an airline flight delay a missed flight or cancellation of flight so we were to pick her up at 5:30pm. That 5:30pm flight was also delayed until 6pm in which we waited, then continued on to drop Ms. [redacted] at her final destination. Unfortunately per our policy Ms. [redacted] is charged for the morning trip and also for the trip later that night. [redacted] did not however charge per our policy and discounted Ms. [redacted] $54 dollars for her morning airline issues and did not charge Ms. [redacted] for the stand-by time on her later flight delay of 30 minutes that evening.

Customer refund should have been processed as set for by [redacted] of $54 dollars.
The true conclusion is we are sorry and apologize for the service you received Ms. [redacted]. We pride ourselves on being professional and courteous and by your letter you did not receive that service. Thank you for understanding and apologize for our processing mistake. We hope you will travel with us in the future so we can show you our commitment to service.

Thank you for the note of apology and refunding the transaction. I was very displeased with [redacted]'s customer service manners of not checking her facts before accusing me of things that I didn't do as well as never following-up as she says she would. You have turned the situation around. Thank you for following through and I hope you have a good day.
