I called this company in April to have my couch and rocking chair cleaned and after he either rescheduled or no showed to my appointment I called him and while speaking with him about another time and date he got very upset when I said I think I have been more then patient since this will be the 4th time he rescheduled my appointmentJust as he sees his time being important so do I and the fact the he has at last minute either rescheduled or just didn't show up I tried explaining I could not do it later that day since I had another appointment he then yelled at me and hung up on meIt has been almost a month now and my couch and chair has still not been doneI would NOT recommend this company to anyone!

Review: On March 11, 2013 Classic ChemDry was employed by me to clean the carpets in home for $400.00. [redacted] came to my home and attempted to clean my carpets. When he was complete my home reaked of mildew. I called [redacted] and asked him why my house smelled of mold and mildew when the carpets were brand new. He stated that it would go away when it drys. My son is deathly alergic to mold so I told him it needed to be taken care of imediately. He said He would refund my money for the cleaning service. He stated that he stands behind his service and does not want any unhappy customers. He stated that he would refund ALL my money $400.00 for the cleaning and $20.00 for a tip for a total of $420.00. I had another company come out to redo the carpets. They completed the cleaning and stated that the carpets were filthy. When they were completed there was no smell in the house. On the 25th of March, I called [redacted] to ask where the refund was that he promised he would provide on that date. He stated that he assumed I cancelled my check. I told him that the check was not cancelled and that he had agreed to pay me the money on that date. He agreed but needed to ensure that my check had cleared. The next day on the 26th of March I called [redacted] again and asked if he had verified that the check has been cashed so that he could return the money to me. He stated that he had and that he would mail the check to me. I then called ChemDry Corporate and spoke to [redacted] who is the ChemDry Customer Service rep that deals with complaints with their franchise owners. She called [redacted] and was told the same thing that the check was in the mail. I gave it 5 days and called him back on the following Monday March 18th. He stated"You haven't recieved it yet?" I said no. He said he would ensure it was not cashed and issue another one. Again I talked to [redacted] and Corporate and she again verified this information. She then called me and said to give him a day or two to verify that the check was not cashed. I then called her on the 22nd of March and informed her that I still have not recieved my check from [redacted]. She then called [redacted] and asked where the check was. He stated to her that he does not know. She said that she suggested that he cancel the previous check and to send out a new check registered mail so that he would have a signature. He agreed. This went on for quite a few more weeks. [redacted] Called me personally on April 19th and GUARANTEED me that I would have my money by the wednesday of the folowing week (4/24/2013). I asked why I should believe him since he keeps telling me it is in the mail yet never arives. He verified my address and guaranteed my that it would definately be in my hand by that date. This morning April 25, he called and said it would be another week before he would get me the money he keeps promising to pay me. I again called [redacted] and she again said she would e-mail [redacted] and inform him it is in his best interests to follow through with his promises since he is a representative for ChemDry (what she said she was telling him).Desired Settlement: I would like [redacted] to pay me $420.00which is what he guaranteed he would pay me in cash or cashiers check, to refund for services that were sub standard.
