My experience was very goodI did not feel pressured by anyone and everyone was exceptionally nice and helpful when I had questionsI would recommend Classic Chevrolet to anyone who was interested in a new or used vehicle

I just bought a 2005 Hyundai Sonata from Classic Chevrolet Owasso. This car was purchased with cash that we had pulled together to get my 16 year old a safe and reliable way to get around. The sales people were very nice, explaining the 172 point check they do at Classic. I felt like I was getting a good deal and asked point blank why this car was such a good price. I was told they got it for a good deal and really work to pass on those good deals to customers.
Here is my concern, before we even took the car off the lot I realized it couldn't spray the windshield with cleaner, the container was empty. The sales person, [redacted] said service department was closed so she couldn't put any in. I thought we will just do it at home. On the way home we realized the a/c blew but wasn't cold. We live in Tulsa so I just took it up to Firestone to put in Freon. Problem.... they said the compressor has a big hole in it, one that anyone doing a 172 point check would have to have seen. When I got home I put in wiper fluid. It doesn't work. I am really concerned I have been taken advantage of. I called the dealer ship and they said they will call me back on Monday. I am really hopeful they will do right by this. I have heard they are a reputable dealership. I really hope they are. I will follow up to post how they respond.

I have been buying new pickups from Classic Chevrolet in Owasso Oklahoma since 1996. I have been very satisfied with each purchase until October 2015, I found myself caught up in misleading sales practices this dealership has been using recently on the local community.

Classic Chevrolet Sale Manager makes phone calls to stating a customer (insurance company) they are working with is interested in buying my exiting vehicle for a very good price. Classic Chevrolet Sale Manager stated they would like to meet as soon as possible to discuss offer.

Classic Chevrolet Sale Manager offered a new vehicle (located at a Missouri Chevrolet lot) similar to my existing vehicle for very reasonable cost. Classic Chevrolet Sale Manager stated the deal must be done quickly or their customer (insurance company) would buy someone else's vehicle and the offer would be retracted.

Classic Chevrolet Sale Manager insists paper work including finical must be done immediately in order to lock in this deal with the customer (insurance company).

A few days later, then the Classic Chevrolet Sale Manager tried to deliver to me a new stripped down version (no back seat, no cruise control, no keyless entry) of my original vehicle.
When I complained to the Classic Chevrolet Sale Manager about the bait-and-switch and deceptive sales practices, the Classic Chevrolet Sale Manager states it's my fault for not knowing what the Classic Chevrolet Sale Manager had failed to mention. Classic Chevrolet Sale Manager stated there nothing I could do to get out of the deal. The Classic Chevrolet Sale Manager stated my original vehicle had already been sold and was gone.

When I refused to take delivery of the new vehicle until it meets my minimum requirements based on options that were on my original vehicle (back seat, cruise control, keyless entry). The Classic Chevrolet Sale Manager refused and stated that I had no choice except to drive of the new vehicle off the Classic Chevrolet lot as is or the GM bank would take repossession of the new vehicle from the Classic Chevrolet lot, and I would have to walk back to my home (25 miles away, with no bus or taxi service available in the area).
After I got home without the new vehicle, the boss of the Classic Chevrolet Sale Manager called on the phone and asked me to come back to Classic Chevrolet, he would return my new original vehicle. My original vehicle really had not been sold or gone anywhere, my original vehicle had been stashed in the back lot of Classic Chevrolet the whole time.

Since I have been venting at work, with family, and friends about horrible experience I recently had at Classic Chevrolet, other co-worker started they also got the same phone call from Classic Chevrolet in Owasso.

If I cld rate a ZERO I WOULD! I dropped my car off on Friday January 29th . I never heard a word from Classic Service department until I called the following Thursday February 4th to be told they found nothing wrong with my car! I got it back still made same noise and has continued so I am researching other Chevy Certified dealers in my area to fix the problem! I dropped the car off with 31152 miles on it & 82% oil life I picked it up the following Friday February 5th with 31331 miles & 72% oil life on my car & my paperwork said it was dropped off with 31258 miles a Big Fat Lie! When I asked where my car was driven I was told by Service Manager he cld not tell me who was driving my car or where it was driven & was offered a free tank of gas! I thought it was the law to keep a log of who is driving your customers cars & where they go!! I will never use this place again & wld NOT recommend anyone take their vehicle their for service! They are crooked! I feel I should of at least been given an explanation as to where & why my car was driven almost 200 miles in 7 days! & I don't know maybe a free oil change for using up my oil and the free tank of gas that was a Big Joke!! Don't go there! When I purchased my 2014 Sonic same car in December of 2013 was told I cld trade in my current car after going through whole process @'the end was told they couldn't take my car after all as a trade! I still owed $$ on this other car & was told don't worry you got it from car mart we will just take it over there and drop it off for you and no need to worry about paying any more payments on this car they can't do anything to you don't worry! So few days go by Car Mart starts calling me because I hadn't made a payment & I told them I would call them back. Called Classic & they said no worries we will get it over there! Few more days go by more calls from Car Mart as I was way late on pymnt to them now! So I went back to Classic to pick up my old car & was told it wasn't there, then found out it was but they had conviently lost the keys to my old car! I had to call a locksmith out to Classic and have key made and took it straight over to car mart & paid the car off with my tax $$ & told them what Classic had done & was told glad u didn't go through with that we would of ended up suing you for what was owed on the car on top of repossessing it! Thank god I had just got my tax $$ & paid it off right then! Will never buy another vehicle from Classic Chevrolet. & will advertise for you to the Revdex.com & Owner & General Manager, legal counsel until I get the issue resolved as to why my car was driven almost 200 miles in 1wk with out any explanation & to get it back still with issues! Keep it Classy Classic Chevrolet! ð??ð?¼

I just purchased a 2012 chevy hd. The purchase experiance was very friendly [redacted] did a great job. I arrived early just after they opened. [redacted] did a great job showing me several diffrent options in what I was looking for. Now after rhe sale agreement was complete the truck needed oilchange and filter changes. It took nearly 2 hours for this service. You would think a man buy a vehical it would not take two hours or more to service a vehical. I was vey happy with the purchase side but am disattisfied with the length of time it took to get a service work done.

I bought a 2012 Grand Sport Corvette off of their showroom floor. Sale team and finance are great however that's where it ends! Customer service is absolutely horrible!!! Justin Morgans in service is good but the entire team otherwise are extremely rude and don't have time to be bothered with customers. The service desk lady was extremely unprofessional. She went as far as to call me names like little princess and Cinderella etc, a customer over heard this and found me to let me know how rude this lady was as I walked away to leave. This couple was furious with their service just getting the oil changed. This was the 2nd time for me and the very last time! Never will I return to service or to purchase a vehicle. I will go where they appreciate their customers!!!!!!!!!! Wendy Carr

I don’t know that I’ve ever been treated worse than I was at Classic Chevrolet in Owasso on November 4, 2014. They were dishonest about the vehicle they were selling and became argumentative and confrontational when told we would not be purchasing it.
After months of searching, my wife and I found the pre-owned Buick Enclave we had been looking for… there was only one problem, Classic is located in Owasso, six hours away from us. Despite the distance, if everything checked out on this vehicle we were more than willing to make the trip.
We contacted a salesperson at Classic who was helpful and sent some pictures of the Enclave to us. After inspecting them, we noticed some minor scratches on the center console and steering wheel. It looked as if the previous owner had a dog that had done some minor damage. No big deal, we knew we were buying a used car and that’s part of it. Also concerning was the fact that after we pulled a [redacted] report, we noticed the car had been sold by the dealership two weeks prior and now was being relisted.
We called to ask the salesperson about these issues. Our questions were simple: Was there any physical damage due to a pet? (scratches, tears, smell etc) and what was the reason the car was being relisted after being sold two weeks ago. He assured us, the car had no pet damage, was in great shape with only normal wear and tear. He also stated the reason the car had been returned was because of financing issues with the person who had initially purchased it.
Those answers were good enough for us, so we let the sales person know we would be traveling overnight and would be there first thing in the morning to look at the vehicle.
The next morning, I arrived at the dealership and the sales person who I had been speaking with wasn’t there yet. Another young sales person was more than happy to show the car. Right away, sitting in the Enclave was a disappointment; it smelled like an ashtray had been emptied on a wet dog. The sales person of course assured me the smell could be removed in 15 minutes. On the test drive I casually asked him about the car being relisted. Unaware of what the original sales person had told me, he let me know the car was returned because there was extensive interior damage from the previous owner’s pet.
While the dealership had repaired the damage and the vehicle was in decent shape (outside of smell), at this point I didn’t feel comfortable purchasing from this dealer.
I politely informed them I didn’t feel they were honest and upfront about the condition of the vehicle and I would not be purchasing it.
Before I could exit the parking lot, the internet director waived me down. I rolled down my window, and to my disbelief, this man spent the next five minutes verbally berating me. He refused to believe that his salesperson misrepresented the vehicle. He acted so foolishly and with such a temper he refused to even give me his name.
I left the dealership and called the General Manager who was apologetic.
This was truly horrible experience with a dealer. I’m glad I live 6 hours away and will never have to see these individuals again.
