I just purchased a chevy hd The purchase experiance was very friendly [redacted] did a great job I arrived early just after they opened [redacted] did a great job showing me several diffrent options in what I was looking for Now after rhe sale agreement was complete the truck needed oilchange and filter changes It took nearly hours for this service You would think a man buy a vehical it would not take two hours or more to service a vehical I was vey happy with the purchase side but am disattisfied with the length of time it took to get a service work done

I bought a Grand Sport Corvette off of their showroom floorSale team and finance are great however that's where it ends! Customer service is absolutely horrible!!! Justin Morgans in service is good but the entire team otherwise are extremely rude and don't have time to be bothered with customersThe service desk lady was extremely unprofessionalShe went as far as to call me names like little princess and Cinderella etc, a customer over heard this and found me to let me know how rude this lady was as I walked away to leaveThis couple was furious with their service just getting the oil changedThis was the 2nd time for me and the very last time! Never will I return to service or to purchase a vehicleI will go where they appreciate their customers!!!!!!!!!! Wendy Carr

On 11-25-2017, We submitted [redacted] 's credit app for the purpose of obtaining approvalfor the purchase of a equinox She worked with salesman [redacted] , gave him credit information and as far as we knew intended on purchasing vehicle We arranged financing and when the payment was higher than customer was comfortable with she told we shouldn't have submitted her car deal In no way was there any intent to do anything other than what the customer had told us she wanted to do.Sincerely, [redacted] ***Classic Chevrolet Finance Director

If I cld rate a ZERO I WOULD! I dropped my car off on Friday January 29th I never heard a word from Classic Service department until I called the following Thursday February 4th to be told they found nothing wrong with my car! I got it back still made same noise and has continued so I am researching other Chevy Certified dealers in my area to fix the problem! I dropped the car off with miles on it & 82% oil life I picked it up the following Friday February 5th with miles & 72% oil life on my car & my paperwork said it was dropped off with miles a Big Fat Lie! When I asked where my car was driven I was told by Service Manager he cld not tell me who was driving my car or where it was driven & was offered a free tank of gas! I thought it was the law to keep a log of who is driving your customers cars & where they go!! I will never use this place again & wld NOT recommend anyone take their vehicle their for service! They are crooked! I feel I should of at least been given an explanation as to where & why my car was driven almost miles in days! & I don't know maybe a free oil change for using up my oil and the free tank of gas that was a Big Joke!! Don't go there! When I purchased my Sonic same car in December of was told I cld trade in my current car after going through whole process @'the end was told they couldn't take my car after all as a trade! I still owed $$ on this other car & was told don't worry you got it from car mart we will just take it over there and drop it off for you and no need to worry about paying any more payments on this car they can't do anything to you don't worry! So few days go by Car Mart starts calling me because I hadn't made a payment & I told them I would call them backCalled Classic & they said no worries we will get it over there! Few more days go by more calls from Car Mart as I was way late on pymnt to them now! So I went back to Classic to pick up my old car & was told it wasn't there, then found out it was but they had conviently lost the keys to my old car! I had to call a locksmith out to Classic and have key made and took it straight over to car mart & paid the car off with my tax $$ & told them what Classic had done & was told glad u didn't go through with that we would of ended up suing you for what was owed on the car on top of repossessing it! Thank god I had just got my tax $$ & paid it off right then! Will never buy another vehicle from Classic Chevrolet& will advertise for you to the Revdex.com & Owner & General Manager, legal counsel until I get the issue resolved as to why my car was driven almost miles in 1wk with out any explanation & to get it back still with issues! I just bought a Hyundai Sonata from Classic Chevrolet Owasso This car was purchased with cash that we had pulled together to get my year old a safe and reliable way to get around The sales people were very nice, explaining the point check they do at Classic I felt like I was getting a good deal and asked point blank why this car was such a good price I was told they got it for a good deal and really work to pass on those good deals to customers Here is my concern, before we even took the car off the lot I realized it couldn't spray the windshield with cleaner, the container was empty The sales person, [redacted] said service department was closed so she couldn't put any in I thought we will just do it at home On the way home we realized the a/c blew but wasn't cold We live in Tulsa so I just took it up to Firestone to put in Freon Problemthey said the compressor has a big hole in it, one that anyone doing a point check would have to have seen When I got home I put in wiper fluid It doesn't work I am really concerned I have been taken advantage of I called the dealer ship and they said they will call me back on Monday I am really hopeful they will do right by this I have heard they are a reputable dealership I really hope they are I will follow up to post how they respond

I am rejecting this response because:So last time I changed oil at your dealership it didn’t require synthitic oil and they put conventional oil and this time it requires senthitec oil? That doesn’t make any senseLast time it was 3k miles for oil and this time it’s 5k , that is just confusingAnd I’m sure about the phone number that I dialed it it Classic Dealership in Grapevine TX , no I didn’t call a different numberAll I’m asking for is next time when you guys have specials on oil changes for $and then you stop the special you can tell your customers that so they would be aware of it , Iam aware of it now, and aware of not coming back again to this dealership because of the way I got treated .

I did not authorize multiple credit inquiries, nothing on any application stated that they would run my credit times otherwise I would have not signed it. I am upset because these are hard hits on my credit report which ultimately lowered my credit scoreThere's no reason to run my credit that many times, their answer that they can't do anything about it means nothing to me, the damage has been doneThey obviously don't care about anything except to rip people off

and distortion of facts
I will point out to each
of the lies
First: For the purposes
of this complaint it does not really matter whether the client bought the
truck to be shipped or not, it is in his sole discretion what to do with the
vehicle after the purchase: To ship it to "Grand Caicos Island"(does
not exist), "Medium Caicos Island" , "Small Caicos Island" or not to ship at all and just drive it.
Second, I did not buy
the vehicle as “a work truck"- these are afterthoughts or
wishful thinking of Mr***I bought the TRUCK as a CHEVROLET SILVERADO
Could Mr*** present an agreement between me and the Dealership
wherein it says that “a work truck" was sold to me?
Third, the fact that Mr
*** "cut off the price" should not and does not imply, that
the goods(i.e.the truck) would have to be with undeclared defects( passenger
side mirror) or without parts it has to have by definition and safety
requirements, namely a jack and a wheel wrench!
Fourth, I have no idea what "a trim piece that was missing “he talks
about
Fifth, I never stated I
was personally at the dealershipIf I were , it would make it much harder for
Mr.*** sell me the truck with the above mentioned defects and
without a jack and wheel wrench
Sixth, I never mentioned
it to *** *** or *** *** that "the driver side mirror was
cracked", rather I told that the passenger side mirror was broken and
cracked
Seventh, *** *** did
promise to send the casing of the mirror, but I always insisted on replacement
of the mirror assembly because it was broken in several sitesThe egregious
lie of Mr*** is that I never received even the casing of the mirror, it was
never shipped to my address known to Mr***I waited patiently for one
month after the casing of the mirror was promised to me and only then submitted
my complaint to Revdex.com and most recently to Texas Attorney's General officeThe
mirror assembly breakage was concealed from me from the very
beginning , notwithstanding my requests to disclose all and every broken parts
or problems with the truckI also have a proof that the mirror was broken when
the truck remained at the Dealership at Mr***'s possession- the bill
of lading condition report by a driver of a shipping company who
collected the truck; it is noted in the report(please, see the attachment) that
the passenger side mirror was broken At that point in ***e, at the
dealership, the mirror had already been broken
Eighth, based on
the concealment of material facts which Mr*** and Mr*** practice, it
is not hard to infer, that no one checked for availability of the jack and the
wheel wrenchWhen the truck arrived to me, these parts were missing
I was asking for compensation,
but Mr*** left all my numerous emails and phone calls unanswered and
unreturned
Till today, *** ***
demonstrated no desire and willingness to redress and compensate for such unscrupulous
practice
