Review: I sent items to this business to receive chrome plating services. Upon the return of my items they have large imperfections in the services they provided as well as the items will no longer fit together properly due to their lack of making proper clearance issues prior to plating them. I have contacted the business and was told that they do not fit due to my "lack of common sense" these items come with a 12 month warranty which they say is not covered by this. I was told by the manager to "just shave the chrome off to make fit" I advised him that I paid them a lot of money to plate these parts and I should not have to and will not shave them just to make them fit. I sent him numerous pictures of the issues as well with yet again just run around answers and no help. he advised I could send them back and have them replated at which they will charge me for the service again but these parts are brand new and never even mounted so I will not pay them to do it again as it should have been done correctly the first time

I do have detailed pictures of all the issues if needed, including pictures of the major fitment problems and the imperfections on all of my items. these items all fit together perfectly prior to them plating them. upon arrival of my items to them I contacted them to let them know exactly what I wanted done and I also as well taped the items together before I shipped them to them so they could see exactly how they fit to avoid any fitment issues later at which there are major fitment issues nowDesired Settlement: I am only asking for what is fair here and nothing more. these items are totally unusable as they are and look horrible. these items will need to be stripped and then I will have to send them to another plating service company to have them properly redone without the imperfections and most of all to make them fit properly as they are now I cannot even reinstall them they way they are
