Traded [redacted] on 6/2/15. Classic Chrysler Doge Jeep still has not sent payoff to [redacted]. Almost 30 days!i am being given the runaround as to why the payoff of our trade in has not been sent to [redacted]. I have been back to the dealership. They were to overnight the payoff to [redacted] Saturday night 6/27/15. I called [redacted] today 7/1/15 and they still have not paid off our vehicle. I have called the finance director, [redacted] and he refuses to return my call. Today I called the General Manager he supposedly is looking into the situation and is to call back. Still no call back. After 30 days this goes on my credit report!!!Desired SettlementPayoff the [redacted], send me proof they have paid it off and clear my Credit Report!! Truck was traded on June 2, 2015.Business Response Mrs.[redacted] purchased from our dealership on 06/02/2015. We notify Mrs.[redacted] a few days after she purchase the vehicle that we need to change the finance company that we original assigned the loan to. Mrs.[redacted] didn't return calls from my office after several week of trying to reach her. Mrs. [redacted] reach out to my office on the 25th stating she rec'd a call from FMCC about the payoff/payment on here vehicle old vehicle. My finance dept. told her that we have been trying to reach here since she purchased the vehicle to come in to resign. After that conversation with my finance dept. she stated her and her son will be on Saturday to complete the new paperwork. We made several attempts to reach Mrs.[redacted], but she never return calls. The vehicle has been paid off in full as of July 3. Consumer Response Classic Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram NEVER attempted to contact either myself or my son. When I did make contact, the finance officer stated they had entered my telephone number incorrectly. HOWEVER, they DID in fact have my son's CORRECT phone number and he never received any calls from this dealership! My complaint still stands. It was irresponsible on their part as well as unprofessional! I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone.

I have had my [redacted] at the Chrysler service garage 4 times and each time I am told there is a new issue with the car that needs repairing. On January 31 I took my car to [redacted] to have them hook up their computer and analyse why my check engine light was on. They said it was Fuel Injector No. 4. On February 4 I took the car to the Chrysler dealership and they fix the No. 4 fuel injector wire at the cost of $453.35. When drove the car home the engine light was on. I took the car back the next day and they said it was now the car's computer. On February 17 they replaced the car computer at the cost of $750. I then noticed the car idling very rough and I called and took the car back yet again. This time they said it was the no. 1 fuel injector and replaced it for FREE. The car still idles roughly I took it back and now they want to replace the no. 2 fuel injector at my cost. I am frustrated because of the cost and the attitude of [redacted], Service Advisor. After each visit I received emails from [redacted], Service Manager asking how the service was. When I responded to the email I received NO help. When I finally spoke to Mr. [redacted] his response was "What do you want me to do about it." in a rude manor. I feel like I am being treated unfairly and over charged. They did have new trainee service tech work on my car the first time and I asked for him not to work on it again and saw that he worked on it the second time. I again said I don't want the trainee working on my car. I am very dissatisfied and disgruntled with this business and would appreciate your help.Desired SettlementThe refund I am asking for is the cost of the computer in the amount of $750. I truly feel that this was a guess and a proven factor in diagnosing the problem. Obviously was not the issue because this is STILL problems. I will NOT EVER allow them to work on my car because of the service and the attitude of the Service Advisor [redacted]

Jeep cherokee bought Aug.22 started having trouble with it. Took it in three times and ask about trade it for same car and they would not do it.Filed compaint with manufacture. They told me to take back to dealership to be drove to find problem they refused to keep it. Ask to trade it for same type of car they would not do it. Bought Au.22,2014 had only three month and 4000miles. Ask [redacted] mangers about trade the General Manger [redacted] is the one that said no to trade. Another manger said they had bought one back three weeks earlier. All I wanted was a trade.Desired SettlementI finally got the car traded at another dealership but lost $7000 on Dec.18 this was the same day I ask them to trade me. They should have to give me what I lost because they could have traded me there without losing any money.

Bought a new [redacted] in May 2014. Have had nothing but issues with the vehicle for the past few months. I bought myself a brand new [redacted] manual.17 miles on it when I pulled it off the lot in May 2014. Everything was perfect until I hit about 6500 miles at the end of October/beginning of November. This wretched smell started. It's a burning smell, but not like your normal burning smell. It smells like someone blew out a candle. I visited the dealership and dropped my car off. (At this point I'd like to note the immense amount of attitude I received and still receive from the dealership... But they were my best friends when I was buying from them!) After a hassle of trying to get a rental car, so I had a way to and from work, I left the dealership in a rental. After a day, the dealer couldn't duplicate the smell or find anything wrong, they informed me I could pick up my car. After a heated discussion stating that there was in fact something wrong with my car, I was told that I could bring my car in on a Saturday for a test drive. At that point, I took a test drive with the Service Director, [redacted]. I recreated the smell within 5 minutes of having [redacted] in my car. He stated that he had no idea what the smell was and that he would be in contact with star to figure out what was going on. Weeks had passed and I didn't hear anything, so I called the dealership. I was informed by [redacted] that they still had no idea what was wrong with my car. After calling a second time when I informed [redacted] that the smell was getting worse, they told me to bring it back in. I dropped it off on 12/12/14. I was given a second rental car and sent on my way. A week later I was called and informed that I could pick it up, that they couldn't find anything wrong and that they drove it 115 miles. Date on invoice says I picked it up on 12/23/14. I drove home and at this time I noticed that there was damage on my car on the front driver side door and there was paint chipped off. I inspected my car closer only to find that this is where the service department put my car on a lift. There are 4 dents on my car where the lift was improperly placed. Upon even further inspection, I noticed a few more dents on the bottom of the car where the lift had also been improperly place. I immediately called the dealer and was told the service department was closed, that I would get a call on Monday. Monday rolls around, I speak with [redacted], who informs me that "they didn't put my car on the lift" which is confusing to me, considering they had it for a week. Which tells me you had my car for an entire week and just drove it around without even attempting to find the cause of the smell? The mileage in and out on this invoice says it's "7633/7633". Either someone doesn't know how to document things accurately or my car wasn't actually driven for 115. Saturday 12/27, I take my car back in for another test drive to attempt to duplicate the smell. This time I'm riding with a man named [redacted]. We drove for a total of 10 minutes before [redacted] had me go back to the dealership. He then informed that he thought it was me riding the clutch. If I were riding the clutch this smell would have occurred from the moment I drove off the lot. I know how to drive a stick shift, it's absolutely not me riding the clutch, end of story. He then proceeded to tell me to bring it back next Saturday, 01/3 for another test drive. So I do. I arrive at the dealership and park. It's then I find out that I'm getting put in another rental and not doing a test drive. A few days later I'm informed that a different tech had been called in and within an hour he duplicated the smell and found the issue. I pick my car up a week and a half later and before I even made it home I smelled the burning smell. I put in a process for a buy back and all have failed. I am stuck with a car that gives me a headache whenever I drive it. Desired SettlementEither a replacement car that actually runs without a smell or a refund.
