I am rejecting this response because: the reason I'm rejecting this complaint that the business response to, is because I have been betrayed in this situationi paid out of pocket my self and borrowed money to pay the businessand now I'm being forced to pay againmr*** was given cash when the car was first in the shop for repairmr*** advised cash would work better for him, so I did my part and gave him cash, I have proof I took my sister and my friend that day with me when I paid him cashmr, *** advised don't worry your paper work and your receipt will be ready when the car is ready for pick upi took his word and trusted him with the worknow which business will unprofessionally release the car to the owner if nothing was paidi have been played by mr.*** so many timeseven if my husband is trying to help me with this situation.
also for rental part the first time rental covered for certain days mr*** took almost months to fix the car rental place called and advised on that my insurance is only covering after that I'm responsiblei advised mr*** on it he advised don't worry I already talk to insurance company and it is covered, I was played back and fourth about it.
you can call insurance company regarding this situationthen finally mr.*** covered rental because he kept the vehicle for that longand regarding the pick up date and time for the vehiclemr *** and his wife texted us during the day to pick up the car and return it I work for the state I'm not able to leave work right away I work miles away from homeit is not possible for me to leavei advised I can not leave work because I was at workthen we made a date for pick up on Saturday 9am then they declinedthen they confirmed us Monday, so we showed up on monday they denied to show up and told us we did not text themwhere we have proof of that if you take a close look at the email they responded tothey also also said they had some personal issues they could not make it to the shopnow if I was advised I could have not came in at 9:and waited, I did have other appointment that I needed to make since that was my only day offi had to drive out of town for funeral.
now please advised me what I'm a suppose to do, I'm being threatened to pay again and mr.*** is forcing me to bring money or he will not give me my vehicleplease help me with this, I can not ask anyone for anymore money 1k +is way to much for me to pay again .
please help me jorge, you can call the enterprise located on 47th ave sac, he also played them several times.
I'm just being played around so many time, I need my car back and now his asking for money again .

Review: I have a 2012 [redacted] charger, it was vandalized in sept. my insurance company quoted it for almost 8k. [redacted] of classic collision center

agreed to fix the vehicle with full repair and paint, Mr. [redacted]. took almost 2 months to fix the car, I had such a hard time getting my car back .my rental was covering me for only certain price. I advised Mr. [redacted] about this situation. Mr. [redacted] advised that do no worry car will be done in time. but no he kept pushing the dates back by saying its almost done. every time I go see the car at the shop it was just sitting their. finally when I got my car back it had so many damages I can not explain. the same day when I picked up the car I made a note and had MR. [redacted] sign it to refix and repair the whole car when I get a chance to bring it by.The damages were crazy insane. car was not painted right, color issue, bumber cracked, windshield cracked, parts missing, car still has paint on the back window, broken side mirror. I called mr. [redacted] couple times after a week no answer. then mr. [redacted] called me back advised me to come drop of the car. I did not have another car to drive I advised him I need a rental he advised me yes.

when I called him to meet at rental company he advised rental compnay is closed, and after that no response from him. I do have proof of calling mr. [redacted] and texting . I just called my insurance company and advised them on this situation , waiting on their call this week.Desired Settlement: I just want my car to be finished correctly, insurance payed him money and my car does not look the way it should..

Business would like the consumer to contact the business directly at [redacted] so a appointment can be made, rental arrangements made, and resolution reached. Insurance company delay in approval response caused the setback for the repairs.

hi [redacted] I have several evidence to prove that [redacted]'s vehicle was not in our shop for three months as she is saying . First is the evidence from the insurance company if you closely look the date of loss which means the date it was reported for its damages by the insurer it states 9/29/2015 so how is possible it's been three months...second piece of evidence is the first initial supplements from the their insurance is date 10/01/2015 and again on 10/20/2015 dates of when checks were issued And than we also have a signed and dated document from [redacted] herself dating 11/21/2015 and several text messages about bring back the vehicle on 11/27/2015 day after thanksgiving and text messages which was dated from 11/21/2015 until 12/19/2015 and filed this complaint on 12/28/2015 so if you really look at who is lying where and if that was the issue to beging with why they just did not do it back in November and waited almost month and half after that I'm giving you the time frame and documented evidence that the vehicle was in our location for less than two months. Again they were in rush that they did not allow us to completely finish the job and was suppose to bring vehicle back and yet again we were still agreeing to take care of their transportation needs. And wanted to make sure they were taken care off we have claim number and insurance if you feel like we are the ones that is lying I am saying please call to verify with insurance and we really insist on this we have not threatened shalini in anyway however only thing we are asking is for her to pay us what she owes us. shalini her self never came in with her friend or sister as we have cameras on premises to document that as well as evidence So please I am requesting your help with this issue.
