Even though I never met any of them in person (my car was towed directly by a local wrecker service after a wreck and I live out of state), I had a wonderful experience with Classic Collision in Oneonta, AL from our first contact. Gina and Gary were always very friendly and helpful when I talked to them on the phone, and they were patient in answering my questions. Gina mailed me items left in my car, including an Auburn tag that Gary jokingly said he would have to wear gloves and wash his hands with bleach after removing (my package also included an Alabama key ring, which made me laugh, a nice touch after the stress of a wreck). They also called to follow up and ensure I received the package. Although I hope others do not need them for the same reason I did, I would highly recommend this business.
