Classic Construction completed a screened porch/room for us in March Five stars doesn't come close to accurately representing our experience with ClassicIf I could give them 10+, I absolutely wouldThey did an incredible job and we couldn't be more thrilled with the final productMy husband has incredibly high standards and pays extreme close attention to detail, craftsmanship and finish workHe was beyond impressed with the building team's skill, attention to detail and craftsmanshipThe quality of their work and the care they took during each step of the project was beyond expectationsThey went the extra mile every step of the way to create an incredible space for usIf you are considering this company, you won't be disappointedThey are the very best at what they do - top-notch in every wayWe won't consider any other contractors in the future - we are Classic customers for life
When we started this company years ago we built our foundation on quality, trust and excellent value to our clientsThis complaint is the very first that we have ever had with the Revdex.com, so this is new territory for usWe take every job and all concerns very seriously as you would expect from a Class A contractor with many excellent reviews and an A+ rating with the B.B.BI would like to say that we have never had a problem or complaint on any of our jobs, but that would be a ridiculous statement in the construction businessWhen confronted with any type of issue we have always endeavored to be fair and generous in how we execute a solutionIn response to this complaint I will stand by all of the decisions that we have made while trying in vain, to satisfy the homeownerWe have also consulted with two of our manufacturers as well about product issues, that all of us felt were unjustifiedDespite this, both manufacturers provided additional replacement product, that was reinstalled, in an attempt at pleasing the homeownerThere comes a time when, even though mistakes have been made.....and rectified, that further demands are not justifiedWe have discussed this project many times, before, during and after and feel that we have gone to the extreme to complete the work correctlyWhen the job was completed and the punch list checked, the customer paid us in fullThey have not made an attempt to contact us about anything and the items listed in their complaint have been addressedThere is absolutely no reason for us to consider, in good conscience, providing them a refund of any amountWe sincerely hope that they find happiness and enjoy the projects that we have successfully provided for them
