In regards to the complaint # [redacted] . The GM, [redacted] **., has reached out to the customer and left a message, but as of yet has had no reply. The customer in question, did indeed buy the car, and take possession. We have the signed contracts that the bank has approved. ... However, we do not want an unhappy customer and we are going to resend the contract.
