Classic Country Land

I have been looking at properties over the last 10 years with this company. We finally found a place that would potentially work. They were very helpful and made sure we understood the pricing, the price to hold each lot, the terms of the hold and the loan terms should we choose to go with their financing. The website has all the information for covenants, the stamped survey, the service providers and most of the questions were answered by reading the additional information section. After visiting the property, we had a few concerns with our own expectations and decided to look at a completely different property. We visited the other property and fell in love with it. The staff member we worked with, Jenny, was extremely professional, transferred our deposits over to the new property and spent several days with us over emails and phone calls answering every question we had. I could not have asked for a better experience with the entire process of purchasing our property.
