Classic Couture Designer Boutique Reviews (3)

Classic Couture Designer Boutique. I have 16 purses and 5 jewelry boxes that are handmade and put on consignment with this shop over a year and a half ago. [redacted] tells me she sold some items and has one excuse after another, promising to pay me. I know other consignment people have not been paid for the items sold her, some in the amount of over $800.00. I've asked her to send my check and the unsold merchandise to me every month for 18 months. It look's like she's making a bundle. Pay your vendors.Product_Or_Service: 16 Handmade purses and 5 jewelry boxesAccount_Number: ConsignmentDesired SettlementTo see how many other small business' are being stiffed by her and perhaps take legal action? I know one other vendor is owed $800.00. I just want my merchandise back along with the money she owe's me. [redacted] said she sold purses and they are selling at her new shop. I don't know how many she sold but I sent her 16 bags and 5 cupcake jewelry boxes.Thank you[redacted]Business' Initial Response Contact Name and Title: [redacted]Contact Phone: XXX-XXX-XXXXContact Email: [redacted]I've had the pleasure of meeting [redacted] a year and a half ago, on-line...She makes beautiful little pocketbooks, she's very creative, however she contacted me about selling her handbags in my Boutique,I had just opened that Boutique, and she asked me if I would like to sell her Bags in my shop..I had never done this before,Long distance, but she was willing to send them, even though she never met me... So I accepted the Bags on consignment.Since that time I had closed that location, there just wasn't enough traffic there for enough sales... In that year I also relocated my residence, which took me forever, because of 5 years of storage. Anyway, long story short,I've since found a better location, and was very busy upon opening, burnt out and overwelmed,I still have [redacted] Bags that didn't sell, and monies from Bags that sold!! I just haven't had a minute to take the time to send them to her, my Consigners usually pick up there items, and checks at my store! I apologize for any inconvenience to [redacted],since this letter I have attemped to call her, but no responce. I will be resolving this matter within the next week. Again I apologize to [redacted],and appreciate her patience. Sincerely [redacted] Consumer's Final Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)I will accept this when my merchandise is returned. [redacted] has said she will mail the amount she owes me for a year. I am very patient but to keep saying you'll send it this week, every month, for a year gets a little agrivating. She also owes a woman in Miami whom has sent $800.00 of jewelry and she will taking legal action soon. Pay her too and this will be removed.I wish the best for [redacted] and her shop.Sorry it has come to this.[redacted]

This establishment accepted 2 jewelry consignment shipments from my store, [redacted] valued at over $800 during the summer of 2012. To my knowledge, the mojority of the items have sold since the owner herself made that know through Facebook messaging. All requests for payment have been ignored in addition to requests for shipping un-sold items. We are going on almost a year since this transaction took place and it is shameful that a business who promotes themselves so successfully on Facebook cannot comply with such a small transaction. [redacted] the owner of the store is actually not even a stranger to me as our boys went to school together many years ago. I never would have suspected something like this from [redacted], as far as I am concerned, she is a thief and I am asking the Revdex.com to please help me retrieve my money.Product_Or_Service: Natural Gemstone Jewelry[redacted]Desired SettlementI merely request the merchandise not sold be returned to me with a check for the items that she has successfully sold. Otherwise, a check for $842.19 for the entire transaction.Business' Initial Response Contact Name and Title: [redacted]Contact Phone: XXX-XXX-XXXXContact Email: [redacted]WOW!!! I really can't believe the things that are being said about me by [redacted]... She too offered and contacted "me" to sell her Jewelry in my Boutique, I was so excited because she's very creative, and her Jewels are beautiful, and I felt proud to have them available for my customers.. She was so excited as well, that she kept offering to send more merchandise, and even make a trip down to the Shop! My Boutique opened in July 2012, and became very busy right from the start!!! The funny thing is I gave [redacted] more of a percentage of the sale than myself, in an attempt to help her Business..Again I apologize. Well long story short, I have spoke with [redacted] recently, and will be resolving this issue with her in the next week.. Sincerely [redacted]Consumer's Final Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)It really doesn't matter any more how things transponded between the two of us. The facts are she accepted the jewelry and has made no effort to follow through on shipping or payments in a year's time. End of story. [redacted] called me on the last day of the deadline and once again said the same thing she has said to me over a hundred times. No follow through is the problem. All talk is not enough.
