Respected [redacted] On November 12th, Joe came to our home to do his final inspection, when he noticed that the work was bad, he asked to give him the rest of the money, after all at least the hot water unit was on placed; I almost did but since it was winter and 2553$ I told him I give you 1,and he said O.KHis men came back to reinsulate but Joe never came back to do his other final inspection I didn't have to five any money due to the fact the final inspection wasn't done and I was not happy with the mess his men left behind(my house)Joe sent a letter asking for the balance I told you what I said to him the morning on March 12th he returned for the money and final inspection, I should him around but he said nothing Joe wanted his money then I asked him for the 500$ for paint and out labor, after a while he agreed to discount 353$He signed my receipt stating: FINAL BALANCE NOEOGIATED FOR PAINT BY OWNERBecuase of the tense situation my wife wrote the check for 1,500$ and Joe put it in his pocket than my wife realized the mistake and asked for the check back and wrote another for 1,200$ Joe stormed out of the house slamming the door very hard I ran after to ask for my rebate form and from his truck he yelled: when the check two weeks later I picked up the rebate from that I couldn't use I'M SORRY [redacted] FOR THIS LONG LETTER, BUT THERE IS A LOT TO SAY ABOUT THIS BUSINESS [redacted]

Our last visit to the customers home he signed off on all the work. He still has a balance that we do not expect to ever receive. The problem with the shingles pre-existed before our work. He had another company insulate his walls and they did most of the damage. In spite
of this our company went back and replaced shingles which we did not damage and no extra charge. Our read is there is nothing more we can do for this customer and nothing more we are required to do
