*. August 16, At Classic Dentures of Maine, we always strive to provide total customer satisfaction in all that we do. With over 2,satisfied patients who praise our services daily, we have achieved an excellent reputation in the dental community and beyondIn this matter, we found *** to be a very nice person and we enjoyed each of four appointments with her. We were glad to hear *** state, “that all of these tryouts were Perfect”. As noted by ***: Our Consultation and Impression Steps were Perfect.The Bite Registration with Facial measurements was Perfect.The Denture Try In with modifications as needed was Perfect.A Patient Check-off statement was signed by *** indicating No Changes.The dentures were then processed and later inserted without any Complaints*** did not communicate any concerns when the dentures were inserted. It is during that Insert appointment that every effort is taken to assure total satisfactionAt that time, *** commended us on our professionalism and workmanship, calling the denturist an “Artist”Each of the above services have an associated cost of which every patient is responsible for and accepts as we move forward in the fabrication process. It should be noted that there is a No Refund Policy on all custom-made dental appliances and this is clearly communicated to our patientsTo fabricate a custom dental appliance, many staff hours, and various costly dental materials are provided on behalf of each patient with this understandingIt therefore, came as a complete shock to hear that sometime after the insertion of ***’s new dentures that she was not happy. However, *** did not show up for her follappointment, where we fine-tune and adjust all new dentures to fit comfortably and securely. Each denture patient has a responsibility to show up to all appointments, follow the recommendations of the provider and allow ample time to adjust to a new dental appliance. Every effort is always made to help our patients through this transition period. Expecting a new denture to fit perfectly on day one and without any adjustments is unrealistic at best. Every reasonable patient accepts that it will take ample time for them to get accustom to a new denture and most patients adjust to their new dentures quite quicklyOn a final note, we encourage *** to complete her treatment plan by allowing us to make her new dentures fit comfortably and secure. She can call our office and schedule an appointment today for final adjustments as neededIn worse case scenarios, we will completely remake a denture at no cost for our patientsWe don’t believe that this will be necessary for ***, but we have to have her complete her treatment plan to access her needsWe look forward to seeing *** as soon as possibleThank you for your help in this matterCLASSIC DENTURES
