I called and gave complete details on 2-15, of the mustang my shop is working onOrdered a disc brake conversion kit for itreceived parts on 2-17-missing park cable and had wrong brake booster in kitcalled to get right parts and was treated as if (*** *** was the salesman) they didn't careI was told he would call back with solution, he did notI had to call times before I got an answerparts were supposedly shipped the 18thI am writing this on the 27th and still don't have the partsCustomer service with this company has been terrible

Superior Automotive's products are far from Superior I ordered a disc brake kit from Superior and almost nothing fit I double and triple checked the information I had given them and it was all correct Their machining quality is just terrible, many of the parts didn't match up, not even to each other an several of the parts clearly had been miss machined or not finished I will never again shop here or let anyone I know shop their either

On May I ordered a polished billet hydro-boost for my Camaro for an advertised price of $ With the special hoses and shipping the total was $ After several weeks waiting for a tracking number and no delivery I was told it was lost in their shipping dept They shipped a replacement, only to have it arrive as an all black hydro-boost When I called --- about the mistake he told me it would be an additional charge in excess of $for the billet one Do you see a bait and switch? I immediately returned the hydro-boost for a refund They received the return on July and to this day of Aug27th I have yet to received my refund I have filed a claim with my credit card company

I was contacted by the owner of the company that I have an open dispute with on 1/04/He informed me by phone and by email with a promise to have the credited back to my credit card.That credit was completed and in my bank on 1/06/I had my attorney send him a demand letter after I opened the dispute with the Revdex.comHe has not responded to the Revdex.com complaintAt this point I would like to have the dispute closed.I will let you know that I will not do business with any of his companies in the future and have left reviews at some of the Classic Car Forums that I am a member of.The forums are very powerful in this industryI am hoping that these steps may help the owner evaluate the way he does business and make a change in his practices in a positive wayI will go to each place I left a review and update them to reflect that he did finally issue me my credit.Thank you*** *** ***

Because of the way the trans action was processed and problems with delivery of the returned packages, posting this refund was very difficult to processFinally with the help of the credit card processor we were able to accomplish thisThe customer was informed of the process. I have

I ORDERED A 4 WHEEL CONVERSION KIT FOR A 1956 MERCURY MONTCLAIR . I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS AND HAVE PAID A TON OF LABOR CHARGES . THIS SYSTEM DOES NOT STOP THE CAR AT ALL !!BOB WHO SEEMS TO ANSWER EVERY DEPARTMENT IS NO HELP . I WOULD SUGGEST LOOKING ELSE WHERE ANY OTHER COMPANY . ALL LINES ARE NEW AND THE CAR HAS BEEN LOOKED AT AND WORKED ON BY TWO SHOP THAT RESTORE OLD CARS AND IT DOES NOT STOP WITH EXTREMELY HARD PEDAL WITH ON TRAVEL

I receive a mail from the seller, but french customs are asking that totaly wheight of the kit is really 44 k (11 k for the first package & 33 for the second).
only with that I don't have to pay taxes on second package...
they can think that perhaps it have another parts add into ...

I write to you in first complaint that i've payed totaly taxes on the first package because ABS Power Brake the shipper add the totaly invoice for customs with one package ...
 
in other complaint #[redacted] the seller says that [redacted] lost the other package & he ship another under 48 hours ...
so, for that other package coming airport, the french customs are asking to me a mail from you or from the seller for that :
"the shipper have to mail us that both packages shipped are for the same order : complet brake kit, and both weights (11 k + 33 k) are so for the same order, totaly 44 k".
 
please, can you make that for me or ask the seller to send us the answer by return mail.

I am rejecting this response because:  The company has...

contacted me with the shipping number and that is great but there is also the refund of about $350.00 that needs to be completedbefore I can be complete with the transaction.  I have discussed this with " [redacted]" who said he would look into it.  You have to understand I have heard all this before and although this is thefirst time I got a shipping number,  so I am very hopeful, but would like to wait until the refund has  been completed....
