This kit is not defective in any way*** ***'s kit was the 944th kit of that exact type that we have sold over the past years with no such complaintThis kit is custom made for that applicationAny fitment problem they say they have not correct or due to aftermarket changes made to the car
The powder coated calipers were not provided as stated and we have given him a full refund for that charge he paid

We attempted to contact *** *** by phone and email more than times to resolve his situationHe did not answer any/all contact attemptsAt his request we have agreed to a refund of his order

I ordered a set of brakes from classic Disk brakes three months ago and they sent a pair of left side. Been trying to call them and always get the answering message. Never a call back. Will try one more time before contacting my credit card company for a charge back! Worst company I have ever worked with! Larry Hollingsworth

I also am having trouble with this company. They did not ship all the parts I ordered and payed for. It has been 3 months now of lies and empty promises. I have requested a full refund and have not received any response. These people are incompetent at best and thieves as far as I am concerned and will be filing a charge back with my credit card company as well. Do not try to buy anything from these people they will just take your money and give you nothing in return.

Totally unsatisfactory. Did not send all parts ordered and parts they did send we're wrong. Failed to send missing parts dispite repeated promises over six weeks. Finally had to enter a credit card dispute then they told the CC that the parts were sent and no return request was made. Both statements were false and CC is now investigation. By the way Classic Disc Brakes and Superior Mustang Parts seem to be the same company. Stay away from these companies

We have resolved this wit [redacted] and the Custom ordered product will be delivered this week. He has told me once received he will remove this complaint completely.

We agree that [redacted] is due a refund from a cancelled order. Literally within minutes of finding out he had not received his refund we re-issued it and provided him the refund in full. This was all prior to receiving any complaint or notification of complaint from the Revdex.com. I have attached proof...

of mailing all with the date and time prior to receiving notification of this complaint.

The refund was processed before we received any notice of this complaint.

The Customer stated he has filed a chargeback on this item. When a chargeback is filed we must wait for his credit card company to file. If he has not processed the chargeback it is much easier and faster to just complete the refund. At this point we have gone off of the information that was provided by the customer. If the chargeback was not filed we can complete the refund immediately, if it has been filed we must wait for his credit card company. We have already agreed to accept the refund when / if his card company completes the process.

[redacted],Per our conversation yesterday, I told you I would have it on the way with a tracking number. I did exactly that tracking number and phone call was already done before receiving this complaint. UPS. [redacted]

One of the items the cusomter ordered was on back order. It has since shipped and the tracking number was given to the cusoter prior to the time this complaint was filed. The number is [redacted]. Customer and the Revdex.com can track this package anytime time late today. Customer will have then received...

everything he is due with out multiple apologies already given to the customer.
