Response:On 9/6/ the customer came into the Branch and the problem was resolvedWhat happened was that in September the customer had fraud on his first cardEnfact, the fraud detection company, reached out to customer but was unable to get a responseThey had to stop his card so no further
transactions would postHe was denied when he tried to use his card during that time.Because of the fraudulent activity on the customer's card the only resolution was to issue a new card, which was issuedCustomer stated he did not have access to funds on his new cardOn 9/6/the customer went into the branch where they issued him an instant access cardHe tried to access money from an ATM but the card was denied for "wrong pin"Later that same day the customer was able to access the ATM and withdrew $from his checking accountThis complaint has been resolved satisfactorily

Re: Complaint ID***I notified the Bank's Deposit Operations department about this complaintDeposit Operations contacted the branch manager who agreed to fully refund all fees and once a letter from customer directing the Bank to close his account is received and his signature is verified
the account will be closed and the customer will receive a check for the balance of the fundsDeposit Operations then contacted the account holderHe was very pleased with the information given to himHis fees were already reversedHe sent the letterThe account will be closed very shortly and a check will be mailed to the customerThis matter has been resolved satisfactorily

Dear Sir/Madam, The customer has been contactedThe Branch office has reversed the fees and the account has been closed as per the customer's request and desired settlementReceipts and correspondence been mailed to the customer
