I called these people in November of to come look at my fireplace The pilot light would turn off and the flames out of the burner plate were becoming larger Scheduled an appointment for Dec 4th A fellow came out and looked at it Told us it needed a new pilot light and burner plate Would get back to us regarding price After many phone calls to Classic, I finally got an answer today (December 6th)! A month after the initial visit And heres the best part! The lady referred me to another Fireplace vender in Whitby saying they could probably get a better price than they could! HUH? This is the way they treat customers?? Sorry, a big fat on the recommendation and satisfaction scale :(
