The company contacted me, apologized for the delay in billing and the poor service I received from their billing admin. They have agreed for me to make payments, one month at a time, until paid.

I gave the person my son was seeing his medical cards before the first appointment. If the company was having any difficulty, they could have contacted me regarding this much earlier than 6 months later. It was represented to me that the billing was negotiable and I would be notified within a reasonable amount of time what amount I was to be expected to pay much earlier. 6 months to receive a first bill after that is not acceptable. At no point did Headway contact me to indicate there was any issue with the insurance or even if I would have had none! I feel they very falsely represented what services they provide and at what cost. I would NEVER have let my son meet weekly at $155 per visit!! This bill is creating severe hardship on me. I feel strongly that the offer proposed is not sufficient. As I stated before, I would have only allowed one visit a month at that rate. I think that is what I should be charged.
