This company has always been true to their word Quality of work is second to none and they have always been right on time for our appointments We had an issue recently with the programming of our remotes and they showed up first thing in the morning for absolutely no charge Highly reccomend to anyone who needs work done on their garage doors

My garage door came off the track on a Sunday eveningI called Overhead Door Company, and the entire experience from start to finish was very professionalFrom *** who answered the phone to *** the installer it was just wonderful*** answered the phone at 7AM, and said the installer would call hour before arriving, and that happenedThe door was repaired and operational within minutesSo from start to finish was three (3) hoursOutstanding company, outstanding experience

The car was online for $13,450 last week and the day before I purchased it was $12,450. Would not honor price shown have pics for proof.I went to Classic ford of smithfield to Purchase a[redacted]. The price advertised was $12,450 at the time of purchase on the date of 04/11/2015. I told the car sales woman, [redacted], about the price change from $13,450 to $12,450. She immediately told me the price was non negotiable from $13,450. I showed her the online price for the vehicle and she went to her manager but he would not honor the price as shown. I asked to speak to the manager but he would continuously deny my request to speak with me. The company would not honor the advertised sales price online as shown and was incredibly rude and unprofessional about the situation.Desired SettlementI would like the $1000 that was the difference in the price I had to pay and the price that was advertised. Business Response The vehicle was brought in for the customer after numbers were agreed on. The vehicle did not belong to Classic Ford Of Smithfield. We had to purchase the vehicle for the customer. After we purchased the vehicle, the store that owned the vehicle lowered their price online. The price was not lowered by Classic Ford. Customer and Classic Ford had already agreed on a price and Classic Ford purchased the vehicle for the customer based on this agreement. Classic absorbed all expenses of retrieving the vehicle.

We had issues with a brand new truck, so we had turned it in under lemon law, and when we were finally able to get a new truck the financing was wrongI purchased a 2013 Ford Pickup on July 26, 2013. On Jan 6, 2013 I had to call roadside assistance to come to my house to give me a jump start because the truck would not start. on Jan 7, 2013 I went to ford and they tested the battery and ended up putting in a new battery. On Jan 10, 2013 the truck would not start again so roadside assistance and they towed the truck to classic ford, they kept the truck until Jan 14 and said they found no codes and no issues. On January 25, 2103 the truck would not start again so they towed it again to claasic ford. We picked the truck up on Feb 4, 2013 they said they had no codes but installed another battery. On February 13, 2013 the truck would not start again so I called roadside assistance and they sent a tow truck to take it to Classic Ford(Final time) We told them we did not want the truck back because that had been the 4th time and under the lemon law we were no going to pay for something we could not rely on. They Gave us a loaner and told us they would have to Get the Ford Reps involved to figure out what to do next. I am a [redacted] Driver and told them I would be in on the 27th of Feb to do a deal and the Ford Rep agreed, but when I came home and went there they hadn't even submitted the paperwork yet. I told them I had to go back out on the road and would not be back until march 27th. So I came back on the 27th of March and they still did not have anything done, I finally got to go back on the 31st of March to do a deal and the financing was not right, I have made 3 Payments on the vehicle that was in the shop more than I drove so they did give me a credit for those payments and my payment on the same year and model pickup is $40.00 more a month and that is just not right. I have written a letter and sent it to [redacted] They did not seem to even care that we were inconvenienced in any way and li9ke it was our fault that this happened on a brand new truck. The Dealership sales person did everything he could to try and help and so did the service Manger but the financing manager was just not trying he said his hands were tied, next time we purchase a vehicle it will not be a Ford.Desired SettlementI am not asking for a settlement from them, but I want my payment down to what I was paying on the other vehicle. Business Response Mr. [redacted] was supposed to retract this complaint. He thought he was filing a complaint against Ford Motor Company.

Sales person said I had to purchase the $499 warranty listed on contract as "MILL".Purchased new ford truck on X-XX-XXXX from Classic Ford in Smithfield NC. A line item was added to the cost for a $499.00, 3yr warranty covering paint fading, theft protection, upholstery damaged by food or drink. The warranty is with [redacted] who makes protective coatings that are supposedly applied by the dealer. The sales person said it had to be added because it was added to every ford sold in nc and if he didn't add it, he could be sued for discrimination. The[redacted] reviews get very poor reviews online.[redacted] offers bonuses to sales people based on how many of these plans are sold. There is no way to determine if the dealer applied the coatings. I want a refund of the $499.00, plus taxes if applicable.Desired SettlementA refund of the $499.00 warranty that was forced on us if we were to buy the car [redacted]Final Consumer Response That was quick! The company has already contacted me and worked out a satisfactory resolution. I am very pleased that they were eager to resolve the issue and in a courteous manner.

I traded in my 2012 Ford Escape for a new 2016 Ford Escape to Classic Ford in Smithfield, NC on March 15th, 2016. Almost three weeks later on April 3rd [redacted] bank charged me my monthly payment for a vehicle that I no longer owned. They apparently didn't pay off the trade in vehicle off until after the due date. Then I told them that I would like to transfer my plates since they were personalized plates [redacted] since we were in the ministry, the next week they sent me new plates when I told them that I would just like to continue using my old plates and they said that I would have to take that up with DMV, the DMV clerk said that I would have to use the new plates that were issued and I had to surrender the old plates. Then to top it off during their sales presentation they said that everything is covered for the three year warrenty and the tires for one year, three weeks after purchasing the car I got a flat tire and they said that it was not covered and I had to pay $ 205.18 for a new tire. I called [redacted] more than six times to complain about the problem that I was having and he never returned my call, I finally got a hold of him by persistent calling, he did agree to reimburse me for the personalized plates but not the tire.I do love the car and I am a lifetime Ford Owner but I will never shop at that location again, and I am telling all of my friends to avoid them as well. I am hoping to recocver the $ 205,18 cost for the flat tire is my request. Thanks You very much [redacted] P. [redacted]Desired SettlementThe refund of the tire which was supposed to be under warranty $ 205.18Business Response Mr. [redacted] spoke to Mr. [redacted] and told him to bring the tire in to be examined for defects. If the tire shows that it has a manufactures defect, the tire will be replace on the manufactures warranty. However, if the tire was damaged due to running over something, the warranty does not cover that. Mr. [redacted] explained this to Mr. [redacted] over the phone in my presence. Thanks you, [redacted] GMConsumer Response No, I am not satisfied with the company's explanation.I would like compensation for my time missing work to spend half a day at the DMV when I clearly asked them to just transfer my existing personalized license plates, then after waiting in a long line out side in the hot sun (the line extends way past the entrance) I was told that I could not continue to use my personalized plates and had to go back to my car to remove the personalized plates and that I had to use the ones that Classic Ford sent me, I would like to be reimbursed $ 66.00 to order new personalized plates. Luckily when[redacted] charged me a car payment two and a half weeks after I traded the vehicle in they did reimburse me and I didn't have any over draft charges even though I didn't anticipate the payment. This company has never returned any of my many calls and in my opinion are incompetent and unethical and will tell You anything to make a sale but if and when you have a problem they could care less about resolving it. I love my new car but I would never shop with this greedy company that could care less about good customer service.
