I would not recommend CG&M. Initially the actual office has a very strong cigarette odor but above that I have been waiting on a simple glass estimate for close to a month and have only been in contact with CG&M when I proactively call to follow-up on my estimate. I still have not received the estimate or a call from CG&M. I have proactively called CG&M 4 times and each time the front desk (Lori) said she would call me back personally that day with an estimate and she has yet to call me back ever. She’s asked me for my phone number each time and I’ve given it to her. I asked her if she had my paperwork with my phone number and original order request and she said she had to find it. Maybe it’s the holiday busyness but I will not be doing business with CG&M and would not recommend to anyone.
