After speaking with *** from the business she states that referring to the customer as *** *** was a typoThe business has been out to his home again and are willing to offer two solutions to the customerthe first is that they will replace the section at no cost to the customer or that if he wishes to redo the entire kitchen in the different material they will redo that at a discounted price

I am not satisfied as the two times people came to my home they did not state it was a defect in the stone rather that it appeared to be something wrong but they needed yet another person to look at it and they would call me back as to when that person would come....no one ever called or came so I went to Revdex.com for help. The sign off on slabs was only 1 sample slab to order the slabs not the slabs delivered here I never saw them until February 4th. I believe this company has the worst customer service I've ever dealt with in my life. I would never have taken up good granite for quartz if I had known they did business this way! I hope a lawyer is not necessary but it is starting to look that way if they think I am excepting this response...also my name is [redacted] not [redacted]!!

Review: I bought quartz counter tops for my kitchen and paid cash $4,000.00 for the counters & installation on February 4, 2014. I had complained about the flaws in my counters and after 3 different people from the company have come and looked at it and agreed there is a problem I am still waiting for a 4th person to approve the repairs. I have to keep calling them and my calls are either not returned or I get no satisfaction when they come to my home. I want this taken care of ASAP and another week since their last visit has gone by and nothing!Desired Settlement: I want the flawed counter replaced with a perfect one like I paid them for in February.
