Hello, We have no problem with fixing any of our installations and stand behind all our work.We have numerous times come to the customers home but no answer at the doorFinally customer answers door (Wife) and verbally abused technician and advised him that units was repaired by another company last week and now its broke again.We will not honor our warranty if another company makes any repairs or modifications to our equipmentThe reason for this is because we don not know what was done or if anything was broken while they made repairs

We were always willing to make any necessary repairs. But we will not honor any warranty if any other company was called to make repairs. At this point we don not know what the other company has done with our equipment we installed.

I had a ductless Mitsubishi A/C system installed by Classic HCThey did a great job.They answered all my questions and did a superb installation

We would love to come fix their problemThey are still under warranty

Review: Our A/C unit started blowing warm air, and we contacted Classic Heating and Cooling to fix. They had installed the system three months prior, with a warranty of 1 year on labor (and longer warranties on parts and the compressor). We called and emailed starting on the [redacted], multiple times each, and even texted, and we never received a response. After not hearing anything from the company in regards to our broken unit, the following week we called another company to come out and look at the system, let us know what was wrong and provide an estimate. They did so. Based on the estimate, we felt we would have to pursue the installation company in court to cover the expenses, so we gave them one last chance to come out and fix. They came out, but hearing that we'd had another company look at the system, they said we had it "serviced," and they should be responsible for fixing it. Note, we did not ask the company to fix the system, and they did not attempt to fix the system, we just needed to know what was going on. The third party company is licensed by the manufacturer of the a/c unit to work on this particular unit, and is listed on the a/c manufacturer's website as a qualified contractor.Desired Settlement: $2565 - for cost to repair.

Review: We had a Slim Line, ductless Air conditioning unit installed in April 2015. Shortly following the installation the unit wasn't working and after multiple phone calls/taking days off work for scheduled visits that the company cancelled on, they finally showed up to fix the unit. About a month or so later, we started having similar issues and have continued to have this issue for over a month and a half now. We have called the owner (Nick F[redacted]) and gotten his answering service 10+ times and have sent numerous emails to him, all with no response.

We are also concerned because the initial estimate, we were told the install would take one day tops, and they would stay until it was complete - it took over three weeks, and multiple days that we had to take off work and then the company did not show up, and on days they did, they did maybe 5-6 hours of work and left.Desired Settlement: We would like the company to come (at our convenience) to properly fix our unit (as guaranteed in our warranty) or pay for another company to fix the unit. We have reached out to another company to assess the errors in the installation and are working to schedule an appointment for someone to come in to fix the issue/tell us all of the faulty installation issues, as we have given Classic over a month to reach out/help resolve this.

Called Classic 10PM when my boiler broke. They were at my house in within and hour and it turned out I needed a new boiler. They were back at my house at 8AM with a new boiler by 2PM I had heat again!! I just want to say how thankful I am and for your awesome service.
