Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Everything that he wrote in the response was a lie I made several calls to him and he would just hang up on me once he knew who I was Also, he told me the car was his and that it was a good driver for the road and that I should enjoy it As I wrote before, I sent it to be looked at and the mechanic told me the car would never be able to be driven again, as there was no frame in it The rust was covered up with tinfoil and tape The mechanic said if it went up on a lift the car would break in half The rear of the car was not even attached The seller told me this was a running, driving car If there were any redeeming qualities left in this car I would not be bothering you, but I am retired and in a wheel chair and just wanted a classic car to drive around in and I really can not afford to lose $15, Any help would be more than greatly appreciated I think people today should be protected from such individuals as this This guy is a predator In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

First, I would like to add that I am disappointed that a complaint was filed to begin withI fully sympathize with the complainant and do understand what he is allegedly going through, but with that said,
here is my side of the story
*** *** *** *** purchased a Chevrolet Malibu Convertible from me earlier this year (march 2014)I did my best to describe the vehicle in detail through a thorough description, various pictures from every angle (including several of the underside of the car), and even a walk-around video I posted on *** that showed the car in real life as well as how the engine started and sounded
*** *** made no effort to come see the vehicle in personHe also made no effort to hire a 3rd party company to inspect the vehicle or take any additional picturesLastly, no attempt was made by *** *** to have me bring the vehicle to an independent shop for a professional inspectionHe did phone me to ask some general questions about the car, which I tried to answer as thoroughly as I could from my knowledge
Furthermore, vehicle was being sold for a third party, and through a third partyI was only facilitating the sale and collecting the funds

Review: I purchase a vehicle online from Classic & High Performance Autos on March ** 2014. The car arrived on March ** 2014 with an open title from someone other than the seller and no bill of sale. The entire frame is completely rusted and had it checked by two mechanics who said the car is beyond repair. I have saved the emails where [redacted] said I would be enjoying my new ride that night. I asked specifically about the frame and was told it was in good shape and same with the engine. I called [redacted] several times and he just hung up on me. I would like him to buy the car back as I feel I was scammed. I also believe he is avoiding paying any tax on this vehicle as there was no paperwork or record of sale from him to me. I think he is also frauding the US Government.Desired Settlement: I would like [redacted] to buy the car back as I feel I was scammed. I cannot use the vehicle due to the condition and is now in my way. It has leaked fluids all over my driveway and ruined it. I would appreciate your help in this matter.

[redacted] made no effort to come see the vehicle in person. He also made no effort to hire a 3rd party company to inspect the vehicle or take any additional pictures. Lastly, no attempt was made by [redacted] to have me bring the vehicle to an independent shop for a professional inspection. He did phone me to ask some general questions about the car, which I tried to answer as thoroughly as I could from my knowledge.

Furthermore, vehicle was being sold for a third party, and through a third party. I was only facilitating the sale and collecting the funds.
