I am rejecting this response because:
I should not have to pay extra money for the business to clean a mess they createdAdditionally, Merry Maids told me the day before that the $covered an hour and a half of work; the workers stopped working after less than one hour! I have already hired a new company to finish the job -- including cleaning the disgusting mess Merry Maids createdI demand at a minimum a partial refund due to the reduced time (from hours to less than hour) the company spent cleaning my place, the extra money I spent hiring a new company, and the utter disrespect I was shown over the phone by *** when I tried to resolve my dispute before contacting the Revdex.com

10/02/15-Vehicle came in with reverse problemWe OVERHAULED her transmission, it was not a used onecost $10/28/vehicle was returned for a week inspection, at which time everything on the transmission appeared to be working properly and had no leaks11/19/vehicle towed in after
hourswe were told it quitReplaced solenoid pack, no charge2/08/vehicle drove in, customer stated noiseNoise appeared to be heater gateTopped off brake fluidCustomer advised to to seek repair at a general repair shop, no charge03/08/vehicle was towed incomplaint, no reverseUpon inspection and testing, car had forwards and reverse, and seem to working properly, so pan was pulled and inspectedPan was clean, we did add a transmission fluid treatment and gas, no charge06/06/16, vehicle drove in, was steaming and quit in the middle of the drivewayThermostat housing was badUpper & lower housings replace along with o'ring, thermostat, gasket and anti-freezeAt this time we notice a leak at transmission at bellhouing, so transmission was removed, leak was the converter, converter was sent out for inspection, another converter (different brand) was purchased to replace it and transmission was repairedThere was no charge on the transmission repair, but we did charge for the thermostat repair $oem parts, labor & taxI can not understand how a transmission overhaul or a thermostat repair has any connection to her window, engine leak, heater or now as she has stated her air conditioning not workingThe last time *** called to say her vehicle was not working in reverse again, which was left on the answering machineWe called *** back and left a message on her answering machine, we told her we would like to have the vehicle and we have even told her to call the tow company and that we would take care of towWhat she has not told us is that she has moved to Roseville, CAShe has never talked to us, about a refund and she has never really talked to usshe leaves messages on the answering machine, after hoursWe understand her frustration and have been trying to work with her to resolve this issue and still more than willing to work with herThank You, *** ***, Manager

I have been a classic homes customer for the past yearsI am not happy with the customer service
there are issues with the overflow of rain water around my home, the drainage vent pipes in the front of the home are too short and they are causing the run off water to pool up and causing sedimentation issues Classic homes built my home at a lower level and the run off water is filling up my sprinkler box
classic tells me that it is between the home owner and landscaper, but the grading was done by the builder, not changed by the landscaper
grading and compacting issues should be handled by the builder to avoid future damages

Tell us why I spoke to [redacted] the team captain and when she called you, mentioning that they need an extra hour you completely refused for them to continue and she said to you that she felt bad leaving the everything else undone, and asked you for a little bit of extra time to at least clean the...

floors and you refused because you didn't want pay more than that. It was clearly explained and you agreed. We charge by the hour not by the job, the condition of the apartment was extremely bad, they simply needed more time to complete we asked you and you refused. I don't think that it's very confusing. As [redacted] mentioned once you told them to stop she stopped because she didn't want to continue cleaning for free even if it meant to mop the floors. You refused for them to complete the job. We have offered to for a different team just to clean the floors. They customer told me-the manager and the team clearly that she didn't want to pay more and that the team had to stop at that time for the cost of $165 plus tax, she didn't want to pay more and it was understood. We do not offer any discounts or refunds the service was done, the only thing we can do as a courtesy for the team to clean the kitchen floor. I think going forward in the future you really need to be clear what you are signing up for, so you don't run into this situation again, we clean hundreds of customers regulars and one time jobs like yours, this is not our first job and we don't have any issues. If you are not going to be home you need to be extremely clear how you want the service to go forward. I tried to resolve this issue but with no avail, this customer is not compromising, we offered 2 solutions either for the team to go back and clean the kitchen floors or we would take $30 off the cleaning which we never do, she was very disrespectful and just responded: "how did you come up with that figure and grow up" Again maybe she speaks this way to her friends or family, but we will not accept this kind of disrespect to us or our employees, we are trying to resolve this matter and this woman is beyond resolution and just rambles on about the same thing over and over again and is clearly not looking for any resolution.

My experience was great until Classic Homes proposed selling a pad of land right next to the homes in Indigo Ranch to Guy's Flooring. The pads are zoned as a PBC (Planned Business Center. Per city code this PBC is to "Preserve and enhance areas for a range of retail sales & service establishments".

The proposed building is disguised as "retail" with only 11% of the building dedicated to retail and 66% dedicated as a warehouse and distribution center which violates PBC usage and is not harmonious with the neighborhood. THis does not meet the intent of the PBC

I came home today to discover that Classic Homes has dug up my property when digging the foundation next door. They dug up my drains, sprinkler system and all the way to my foundation. They had put up property markers but moved them as they dug onto my property. There was no note or anything stating that they we sorry for the destruction to my property.

I have just rebuilt my home after it being destroyed in the Waldo Canyon Fire. This is definitely not good business.
