With regards to this specific incident, we have resolved the situation with the customer and taken agreed upon actions to make this customer feel comfortable with her decision to purchase here and to continue to consider us in the future. Our company did service Mrs. Hanna's machines. We did evaluate the damage in question (the panel piece to the washer and the chips in paint on the laundry room doors). We replaced the cracked piece on the washer. Regarding the chipped paint, we did take pictures and the technician determined that it...
could not have been caused by us. He left her several voice messages to explain that to her and he has not received a call back in return. We will have our technician call her again today to explain everything to her.
