damage of the chain link fence was made after the first year, nor was it mentioned when they hired me again last year. The area where the fence is located is not an area where I would need to blow the snow from their driveway. After looking at the fence this spring at their request I explained this to Mr. [redacted]. The fence was very light-weight and could have been broken by kids climbing, heavy snow drifting or any number of things. I have a good history of customer service and do not mind making good on any damage caused by my services but in this case my services were not involved.

The damage was clearly done by him, blowing too much snow against and on top of the fence. [redacted]. We told him about the damage in the previous year and asked him to blow the snow away from the fence. We are not looking for anything more than the expense we now have to repair our neighbour's fence, due to this contractor's negligence.We have pictures of the pile of snow on top of the fence, and also from the fence now, with the damage. Our neighbour also have track of the call he made to [redacted], asking him not to blow snow towards his property anymore. [redacted]
