I purchased a iron mailbox for over $700. My mail gets wet every time it rains. After attempts to get this fixed or replaced they have not.
The mailbox was purchased about a year ago and I've been calling them ever since. They've sent someone out Enron it's not raining to take a look at it but there's never any thing done to alleviate the problem of my mail getting wet. Please help
All I want is for my mail not to get wet. I need the mailbox fixed or replaced.

We were surprised to hear that Mr. was unhappy. We have been working with him for over a week for a solution to his mail getting wet, even though he is out of warranty (Purchase was made in December 2016 and our warranty is for a year). I went to the *** residence today and am hoping I will have a solution to his problem by the end of next week (01/24/2020). I will continue to communicate with Mr. as we work together for a solution.
We had 5 doors installed, along with two of them with strong, tinted liners. They look great, but the locks on one of the doors is difficult to enter the key and at times very difficult to lock or unlock. Also, some of the lever handles are upside down and not as easy to use.
We have already had one service call (after two calls requesting service over a period of a few weeks waiting) for the locks after a few months of installation and re-adjustments, but one lock is still difficult. I called several weeks ago (August 2019) and was told by a gentleman that he would write-up a ticket and someone would call me and schedule an appointment.
I am still waiting..............

Classic Iron Works, has reached out to Mr. and Mrs. and have apologized for the delay in repairing the locks and handles. We have since spoken with the ***'s and had had a technician repair the locks and handles to their satisfaction. We have assured them that this is not normal not to respond quickly to customer concerns.

Purchased iron railing for our front steps and it began rusting in less than 3 months.
Paid $1,895.00 for an iron railing for our front steps and it began rusting in less than 3 months. I called about the problem on 4/24/18, and on 4/27/28, they stated they would send someone out the next week to sand, primer, and paint the railing. No one called to inform me when they would be out to do the repairs. I returned home on May 8 after approximately a 3 hour absence and I found the railing had been repainted. However, there were still chips that showed rust, rust was still showing thru the white paint, and in one area the new paint had bubbled. I also do not believe 3 hours was enough time for an individual to sand the railings, primer, and then repaint. For the amount of money spent on this railing it was of very poor quality. I was going to do an ornamental iron door, but not any more. I did not call again because they should have had someone out to check the work and I had already talked to the company three times prior.
Have someone come out and do the job correctly and do what the representative said they would do: sand it, primer it, and paint it. Then send a representative to do a quality check. If they can't do that, then they should refund the $1895.00.
When *** first called with his complaint on 04/24/2018, I, ***, went out and looked at the railing and explained to him that we would take care of the problem.
*** called again on 04/27/2018 asking when we would be out to fix the railing issue, and at that time I explained to him we were running behind schedule and would be out the following week to repaint the railing.
On Tuesday, May 8, 2018 the installer was in the area and attempted to reach *** to see if that was a convenient time for the work to be done, there was not an answer to his call. The installer thought the best course of action at that time was to go ahead and repaint the railing. After repainting the railing the installer and I both thought the problem was solved.
After receiving the notice from the Revdex.com on 05/24/2018 informing me about ***'s complaint; I have contacted *** and set an appointment with him on Friday 05/25/2018 at 10:00 to go and look at the railing and arrange for the work to be done to his satisfaction. After I meet with ***, the installer will go and meet with him and correct the problem. I will then go back after the rail is repainted and meet with *** again to make sure he is satisfied and the work is done to his standards.
I will update this response after all work is completed and *** has told me he is satisfied.
Classic Iron Works phoned me on May 24 and a representative came out and looked at the railing on May 25. He stated that he would send someone out to take care of the problem. Since I was going to be out of town for a couple of weeks he stated I should call him upon my return and he will set up an appointment for the repairs. So far, I am satisfied with the company's response. Thank you.
As soon as *** is ready - we will send someone to his home to take care of the problem.
