Per our companies terms and conditions which are clearly stated on the registration page:"Riding a motorcycle can be dangerousIf you are riding in an unsafe manner or
pose a safety risk to yourself or other students, the instructor may review your performance and recommend that you withdraw from the course, or exercise his or her authority to remove youYou may also voluntarily withdraw from the course if you do not feel comfortable enough to continue. The course fee will not be refunded under these circumstances."
These are also the rules and regulations of the Virginia DMV & Virginia Rider Training Program which regulates rider safety training throughout the state.
Ms*** was offered on training after the class for $and upon successful completion of said training free re-entry to another Basic Rider CourseThis is done in order to make sure she would be properly prepared to ride before enrolling in another class and being a danger to herself, other students, or our instructorsNo refund will be granted to Ms***Regards

Review: I [redacted] looked up motorcycle classes in Fredericksburg VA and I ended up with Wheels Up Motorcycle Training Class I enrolled thru online and payed via Paypal $270.00 it was supposed to be a class of two days if I passed I would get the motorcycle certificate I went on 04/14/2015 at 7:30am it was supposed to be for 2 days from 7:30am to 4:00pm I get there and the instructor introduces himself we quickly review the controls on the motorcycle and then he takes us outside where is was pouring rain which was fine I had never been on a motorcycle which was obviously the purpose of the class. I was doing okay for me being the first time on a motorcycle so I thought we took a break after we came back we went out again I was drenched so were all of the rest of the people in the class we went out again and then the instructor told us to park the motorcycles and to go inside and use the restrooms I went in as well as everyone else and sat in the class he then tells us that some of us has to go he tells me and about 4 others in class that we were unsafe and had to depart the class and they would contact us to pay more money for more classes I was so frustrated after I had payed $270.00 and not even completed both of my classes and was kicked out with out even a refund this is not the way a company should be if i'm taking a class is because I don't know how to do something.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund of $270.00 dollars for a service that I did not get that is the settlement that I want I payed to be taught something not to be thrown out of a class after I spent hours outside in pouring rain for no reason and to be told that I was unsafe as well as others and that they needed more money.
