Review: Very disappointed with the way I was taken care of last Thursday. The owners were very inconsistent with my parents and myself. We had an issue with the plug that was purchased in May that they said was new but it was actually used and they wouldn't take care of the problem, they then tricked my parents into buying a battery and that wasn't the problem. When I went there the girl was very defensive. I will not be going back here again. Not a great way to run a business.Desired Settlement: When I purchased a computer plug, I expected it to be new. I investigated and found out that it wasn't. She sold me something used and told me it was brand new. I expect a full refund from that or a new plug.
