Dear Revdex.com Representative,
On April 20, 2015...

Mr. [redacted] purchased a 2002 Mercedes C32 AMG from our dealership. Over a month later Mr. [redacted] came by the dealership and spoke to our salesman [redacted] complaining of transmission problems. The warranty on this vehicle had expired. As a courtesy to Mr. [redacted] I arranged for him to take the vehicle to Wise Auto Tech in Berkeley to have the vehicle checked out. It was checked out and no transmission issues were found. Mr. [redacted] picked up the vehicle and we did not hear from Mr. [redacted] until a couple months later. Then he called complaining of transmission problems again. He was told that this vehicle has no warranty and the dealership is no longer responsible for repairing the vehicle.

He is not telling the truth about the car I have documentation on the car when it first started messing up and it was not much later that I complained I complain the first day that I bought the car when I was on the freeway he said you probably have it in the wrong gear and I said okay I came back to the dealership and I was in the car when the guy did a test drive I did not leave the car naturally the car would not do with it had been doing with the guy in there I purchase that car in good faith several several times I mentioned to you something was wrong I called you several times and you would not return my phone calls also not to mention the CD carthridge you supposed to had given me I had to go out and purchase that on my own integrity and the person that referred me to you says they will not refer anyone else to you guys you knew something was probably wrong with that car that's why you gave me a 30 day warranty but I complained before that
