This is how a curved retaining wall should look when it's done right You don't see any large gaps in it The following is how our retaining wall looks that MrJ [redacted] and his crew completed:As you can see, he did a horrible job on our retaining wall by doing the following:Leaving large gaps some as wide as to inchesSome blocks are not sitting square on the wall and were originally square before his men removed all of the blocks which should NOT have happened All they were suppose dot do was place caps on the original wallIn addition, the wall is not even level One side is higher, then slopes down towards the middleDouble click the last picture and it shows it is not even level[redacted] __________________________The following is some additional information I remember about the last visit with MrJ***:Just after giving him the remaining balance of the payment for work completed, he kept saying, “You won’t be able to reach me, you won’t be able to reach me.” Earlier he had told me he was going on vacation for a few days I don’t know if I believe him, but I had no problem getting in touch with him when my husband and I discussed our dissatisfaction with his paver work which resulted in him using profanity and hanging up on me As he drove off, he told us if we were not satisfied with the gaps, we could use the sand in the bucket to fill in the gaps ourselves.Below is an email I sent him afterwards: [redacted]

Mrs [redacted] was very satisified with our projects completed at her propertyUpon completion and prior to myself and Team leaving she walked us around the property to show us other projects that she wanted an estime for for the near future, including a walkway on the side of the residence to be relayed and transplat of shrubsMrs [redacted] paid us in FULL via CASH upon us leaving.Thank you,Anthony J***

Some blocks are not sitting square on the wall and were originally square before his men removed all of the blocks which should NOT have happened.  All they were suppose dot do was place caps on the original wall.3. The Arbitration Board from Fair Claims reached a decision on 10/25/2017 in our favor and ordered them to make restitution by refunding $1,000. They did pay this amount.

The Revdex.com is the backbone of our Company. We have had ZERO complaints since we were established in 1999. This speaks volumes. I do not Exhibit the behavior of a liar nor do I TOLERATE liars. Never once is there a single complaint of us lying, running off with someones money or doing below par work.As for the Perma Sand ruining her pavers, this is out-right ridiculous. I am very maticulous with the installation of perma sand and personally installed it myself. I have attached an email from Mrs. [redacted] who herself stated she was going to use it to fill in the crack in the stone.This was only left due to it holding up the DANGER tape we installed after completion.
