Very surprised by this comment, I talked with her a few weeks ago when she inquired about the status of her Recital Video I told her we were getting to it in which she asked if I would call her when it was ready to be picked up, and I relayed I had no issue with
that Never have I told her it was someone else responsibility, and if I need to have someone to verify, I did have our vice president listen to the call as well
The videos, which had a ship deadline of October, started shipping last week and I actually was going to call *** *** today alerting her it was ready for pickup
As far as not receiving the other products, I have a detailed database list of when they received their past orders, and other parents as proof they received it within a timely manner stated at the time of the order
The only time they did not receive an item was the Recital of when unfortunately we did have a new camera operator that mishandled data, however we did credit their account or send a refund
Unfortunately what is not being told would be within that $also included two tickets for the show, trophy, t-shirt
I have responded anytime someone has called myself, or our office through phone or email Never once has*** tried to contact PLATOON
