We received the money back on our credit card. We talked to the credit card company and they disputed it and gave us the money back

I issued a complaint, on behalf of the Columbus Theater Association, against Classic Lanes Bowling Oak Creek on Feb. 5, 2015 concerning a refund of a deposit.  I have since heard from Classic Lanes and they have refunded my deposit in full.Thank you for your assistance concerning this matter.

Monday,  February 2. A gentleman named [redacted] got a hold of me and told me they broke the contract and THEN WILL be refunding me all of  my money. So, everything is settled and I should be getting a check in the mail in 1-2 weeks as I was told. Thank you for your consideration and cooperation with this.[redacted]

Review: I put down a deposit of $350.00 on July 17, 2014 in the name of the Columbus Theater Association to reserve their banquet hall for an event to be held on March 21, 2015. The business has closed and all efforts to contact them have been unanswered. I would like my deposit returned in full.Desired Settlement: A full refund of the $350.00 deposit.

Review: Paid $350 for a wedding hall rental. Business closed it's doors with no warning.Desired Settlement: I want my $350 back so I can try and find a new place to rent for my wedding. Time is of the essence and other places are already booked for my wedding day. This place was also my caterer, now I need to find one of these as well if they are available anymore for that day!

Review: This company closed it's doors without warning my wedding reception was to be held there on October 3rd of this year (2015). I have tried to call and I haven't heard anything back from anyone. We paid a down payment ($350.oo) we would like to keep our reception there so that way we don't need to change everything.iit's a great location and venue hall.Desired Settlement: We would like to keep our reception there. We don't want to change everything. But if we are not able to then we would like our money back.
