Classic Lash had done Mrs*** eyelash extensions several years ago; she was
always happy with her eyelashes but had to take an extended break due to allergiesShe
contacted me in January wanted her eyelashes done again when I informed her I no
longer travel to clients as I have an office location in Carlsbad, CAHowever, my
assistant *** was available to travel to clients in the areaShe took me up on the offer
and my assistant, *** went to do her eyes on January 29, and sat with her for
several minutes after applying the extensions to make sure that they were done to her
liking, which she said they wereWe charged her a full set price of $to which she tipped $totaling to $Several days later she informed me that they were hurting and looked like a strip lash, I
told her that because I do not normally drive to clients I would have to charge her for
time and gas, she agreed to this at the time and did not mention that she was unhappy that
I would charge her, she said she understoodWe scheduled another appointment for
February 8, for a fill appointment, which we charged $Several days later I
received a text message from Mrs*** explaining that she was not happy with her
eyelashes and thought my assistant needed more training, I told her that as a salon owner
herself that she must understand that not every stylists is meant for every person, all of
my other clients that *** was doing were very happy with her work and have never
complained but I appreciated her feedback and was sorry she was unhappy She asked if I would not deposit her check so I did not deposit itTypically we do not
give refunds but I felt it was best for the situationI told her I would gladly fix the issue if
she could come up from Solana Beach to Carlsbad to my office to let me fix the problem
for freeTo which she replied that that would not work for herI tried doing what she
asked which was fixing the lashes she did not like and I did not cash her checkI have
proof from a *** review that she wrote that I did not cash her checkThank you,

However, myassistant [redacted] was available to travel to clients in the area. She took me up on the offerand my assistant, [redacted] went to do her eyes on January 29, 2016 and sat with her forseveral minutes after applying the extensions to make sure that they were done to herliking, which she said they were.We charged her a full set price of $95.00 to which she tipped $15.00 totaling to $110.00.Several days later she informed me that they were hurting and looked like a strip lash, Itold her that because I do not normally drive to clients I would have to charge her fortime and gas, she agreed to this at the time and did not mention that she was unhappy thatI would charge her, she said she understood. We scheduled another appointment forFebruary 8, 2016 for a fill appointment, which we charged $45.00. Several days later Ireceived a text message from Mrs. [redacted] explaining that she was not happy with hereyelashes and thought my assistant needed more training, I told her that as a salon ownerherself that she must understand that not every stylists is meant for every person, all ofmy other clients that [redacted] was doing were very happy with her work and have nevercomplained but I appreciated her feedback and was sorry she was unhappy. She asked if I would not deposit her check so I did not deposit it. Typically we do notgive refunds but I felt it was best for the situation. I told her I would gladly fix the issue ifshe could come up from Solana Beach to Carlsbad to my office to let me fix the problemfor free. To which she replied that that would not work for her. I tried doing what sheasked which was fixing the lashes she did not like and I did not cash her check.
