The customer booked a trip from a location an hour away from BozemanWhen speaking with the reservation agent she asked for hours of service and was informed that there would be hours of drive time including hour for us to arrive at the location and hour after the drop-off for our returnShe then reduced the hours she wanted and proceeded to bookAt nearly midnight, she informed the chauffeur that she wanted additional hours and was given a rateShe then decided that she had already booked the extra hours and became hostileShe demanded a recording of her booking which we managed to get a copy of that nightIn the recording the agent was very explicit in her quote and explanation, the customer then repeated it back and then clearly asked for less hours and was given a reduced rateThe customer has been offered this recording multiple times and has refused to listen to itHer friend then listened to that night and agreed to pay the extra charge and was offered a discount for the troubleAfter the trip was concluded, the following business day the trip was billed and the credit card was declinedThe customer was contacted for new payment information which she said she didn't haveLater that week someone called in with a credit card to pay her bill on her behalf but asked to only pay partiallyThe customer has a balance owed and has been informed that she will be sent to collectionsThe customer has been belligerent, using profanity over the phone and has been untruthful, going so far as to claim that she was an attorney to get out of payingShe has left multiple negative reviews on websites, even stating that I agreed with herThis is a clear case of libel and is not appreciatedWe honor all quotes, including if we misquote a clientIn this particular case, the call recording shows there was no misunderstanding at the time of the reservationThe client was quoted correctly and the issue only seems to have came up after the party had started
