In response to the above reference ID number, please note that I placed a call to the client in an attempt to hear first-hand from him, and I was only able to leave a voicemail message on April 2, 2014, at approximately 1:50pm
My message stated that I am aware of his recent compliant to the Revdex.com and that I would like Mr*** to return my call at (mobile) ###-###-####, or office at ###-###-#### so that I may arrange a complimentary spa service due specifically to his complaint
Our staff explained that the product that was used during Mr***’s recent service was not the same as the product we used with him on a previous visit; and that it was substituted due to the fact that the previous product had been discontinued by the manufacturer
I hope that Mr*** returns my call or email so that we can make this right for him

I spoke with Ms. [redacted] this afternoon. She advised me that the reason for her complaint was that she and her guest (s) were unable to receive touch up makeup services at the time of her recent service.
Additionally, Ms. [redacted] stated that she was unsatisfied with our response to...
her complaint at the time f service by offering her a $5.00 credit toward services.
In an effort to satisfy Ms. [redacted] today, I offered to place a $50.00 credit on her Dolce account for future services. Ms. [redacted] stated that she would be satisfied with the $50.00 credit.
We appreciate having an opportunity to satisfy or client and to bring this matter to a close.
