Review: on june 16, 2014 around 1pm I went to get my car detail by [redacted] of classic details, he told me to come to [redacted] way in chester va. when I got there he was no where to be found then he came walking up about 2 minutes later, he did detail my car but not up to my standards there was dirt still left all over my exterior and the interior wasnt clean either dirt still all over my carpet mats, and it was not vaccum out properly, I tried to contact him and to know avail did he answer any of my calls. he is very unprofessional and I will never ever use him again to detail my car.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of $26.25 and the $10.00 tip I gave him, he dont deserve it he left my car in a mess. and I am very disapointed that he is even an [redacted] of a business and is out to take advantage of people and rip them off, like he did me!!
