Review: after locating this company on line and many discussions over the phone I decided to purchase a 43' bucket truck from them that they were to refurbish to standards we had agreed upon, [redacted] the owner stated many times that the process takes from 5-6 weeks to complete once he receives the down payment. [redacted] said he used a finance company called [redacted] in [redacted] for many vehicle sales. [redacted] received a check for $14,500 on December 1st. I have spoken with [redacted] many times over the past few months and each time he makes numerous excuses as to why the vehicle is not complete and says it will be a few more weeks., [redacted] is careful about never giving an exact delivery date. as of 4-1-13 it will have been 4 months since [redacted] received his required down payment 10 weeks past his initial 5-6 week completion date.Desired Settlement: the desired outcome is immediate delivery of the vehicle in question and compensation for lost funds and lift equipment rental.
