My name is Elizabeth L [redacted] I am in charge of the service department and detailing at Classic Motors DC, [redacted] came to get her car detail with a living social voucher on 07/26/2016, the voucher expired in December 15.2015, even so the voucher was expired we honored the voucher for her, this voucher only covered a detail express, did not include an engine wash, she asked us to wash the engine even though We have a sign with and engine damage disclaimer she still requested an engine wash we told her the cost was $oo extra which she accepted.At end of service she paid and leftNext day she came back saying that the engine light on car was on, we took her car to our mechanic for a check up, the car stayed in our shop overnight and I offer to take her to house to pick up some belongings and then take her to the shop where she was told her car would not be ready until the following day, helped her find an Ubber, the next day the mechanic did a full check up on her carWhen the mechanic put the scanner machine on her car to see what was wrong with it the scanner machine gave us a code for the injector which our mechanic replacedShe took her car and left the engine light was off when she left the shopThe following week She arrived saying that engine light was on again, We took her car to our mechanic again and he put the scanner machine again this time the scanner gave us a different code which belonged to the alignment our mechanic told us that that problem had nothing to do with the engine wash it was there before we did anything on her car so we told her that there was nothing else we could do for her, we already paid to fixed the injector, fixed a dent on her bumper for free and honored her expired voucher, after that she left and come back one more time trying to find the owner Robert P [redacted] but he wasn't here so told her that and she left

After driving hours to look at a truck, we arrived and the truck wasn't even on the lotSerg argued with me saying I told them I was coming SaturdayI politely told him we were coming Friday and he stormed inside to get his phone to show me my message that said "we are coming Friday"He then continued to say the truck was at the chevy dealership getting the radio fixedWhen the truck arrived at the lot the radio was hanging out of the dashAfter he screamed profanity in front of us to the chevy dealership we went out and looked at the truckWe noticed it was missing a spare tire and mountThey ordered the mount and installed inThey were not able to get a spare tire so they offered us a check for bucksWe politely told them you cannot buy a tire and rim for bucks and he yelled at us saying he already spent bucks fixing the truckWe did buy the truck and on the way home we realized it needed brakes, BADWe had to replaced all brakesThe rear brakes were so bad that the rotors were destroyed by the brakes having NO pad leftCustomer service was awfulWe will never purchase a truck from there again or refer someone to them

Very poor relationship with the customer in regards to the warrantyMy suggestion is get all your concerns completed prior to your purchaseThey have very little time for you after the purchase

We installed
toilets per customers request on Friday 8-28-Prior to the installation we
did discuss different options with the customerThe options being that the
homeowner could furnish the toilets, installing ADA toilets or installing
standard builder’s grade toiletsDue to the price
difference and the customer’s
budget, the customer chose to go with the standard builder’s gradeUpon
completion, the customer inspected each toilet and gave us their approvalThe
customer then sent us an email over the weekend and called on Monday 8-31-to
express their dissatisfactionThe office informed the customer that we have a
no return policy on installed fixtures, however we do honor our warranty on the
fixtureBefore the office could explain in any detail; the customer immediately
hung up the phoneEven though we feel this is a case of buyer’s remorse, we
are willing to install desired fixtures for the customer at a discounted rate

I've had a great experience with Classic Motors! I purchased a Ford truck from them last week for the price I believe was a very good dealSerge was very professional and helpful throughout the entire process He also did a good job on solving some of the minor issues we had (which is usually inevitable in a car buying process)
I would definitely recommend the place!

After driving 3 hours to look at a truck, we arrived and the truck wasn't even on the lot. Serg argued with me saying I told them I was coming Saturday. I politely told him we were coming Friday and he stormed inside to get his phone to show me my message that said "we are coming Friday". He then continued to say the truck was at the chevy dealership getting the radio fixed. When the truck arrived at the lot the radio was hanging out of the dash. After he screamed profanity in front of us to the chevy dealership we went out and looked at the truck. We noticed it was missing a spare tire and mount. They ordered the mount and installed in. They were not able to get a spare tire so they offered us a check for 100 bucks. We politely told them you cannot buy a tire and rim for 100 bucks and he yelled at us saying he already spent 200 bucks fixing the truck. We did buy the truck and on the way home we realized it needed brakes, BAD. We had to replaced all 4 brakes. The rear brakes were so bad that the rotors were destroyed by the brakes having NO pad left. Customer service was awful. We will never purchase a truck from there again or refer someone to them.
