Review: Failure of Apple Transfer, Inc. to reimburse, in a timely manner, dry cleaning expenses ($ 106.89) for garments mishandled during a move from [redacted] to [redacted] On Feb. 4-5, 2016.

Failure of Apple Transfer to provide documentation showing the requirement for us to pay a $250.00 deductible fee before the furniture damaged during the move from [redacted] to [redacted] on Feb. 4-5, 2016 could be repaired. The moving contract states that "Standard Industry Valuation" is included at no charge. The option for "Full Replacement Valuation", with a $250.00 deductible, was not purchased for the required $400.00.

Failure of Apple Transfer to pay the two individuals it hired to repair the damaged furniture (as of 5/26/2016)Desired Settlement: Payment for the dry cleaning expenses and documentation requiring the questionable deductible fee.
