Classic Muscle Car Parts

I placed an order for a vent window regulator for my el Camino on 8/17/via Internet My order was taken an my visa account charged There was no indication this part had to be ordered My thought in placing the order it was available On 8/18/I received an email confirmation of the order with a note saying the part had to be ordered, and should be available within days On 8/19/I received a note my order was being cancelled with no credit for the original charge I know have to go to visa to stop payment These guy's have a live chat, but the chat room people are not helpful I had a very difficult time getting responses Most of the time I was referred to their sales desk where I received no help Having said all that my biggest complaint is; if the part is not available why wasn't that noted on parts ordering site?
