poor management and customer service as well. Should not be considered a full service dealership. discreminates towards militaryI am very displeased with the service I have been provided by the service department. I dropped off my vehicle Thursday and advised the service tech that I would like to look into getting a loaner if repairs would take more than two days. He said he would look into, now due to a holiday weekend which I understood that it may take a little time and acquired my own rental in the mean time. I called back Tuesday to see if a loaner would then be provided and was told none were available. I felt the least that could be done is to waive the warranty deductible since they are not able to provide me with a loaner. I've had my vehicle for less than 19 months and it is still under warranty. After waiting on hold for 15 minutes of my lunch break and be placed on hold three times I spoke to the manager [redacted] and he was completely insensitive and unprofessional about the situation, as he repeated to say "yea well" as if I'm not a valuable customer or that I am being unreasonable about the warranty deductible. I honestly feel that they treated me unfairly because my husband is military and they are trying to squeeze ever penny out of the situation rather than take care of the customer. [redacted] was very rude when I tried to explain that I have no problem with paying a deductible. I work in insurance so I understand how they work. However in this situation, I feel the deductible should be waived since they have had the vehicle for four days and are still are not able to provide a loaner vehicle. Desired SettlementI would like to be provided with a loaner vehicle or have my $100 deductible to be waived since you can not provided a loaner. I feel this is reasonable since I have already paid $200 on a rental.Business Response Mrs[redacted]. I'd like to apologize for the inconvenience this caused for you.
