I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11025345, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this response appear below:
I was never given the name of a jeweler who would fix this problem Also, if they do provide me the name of a jeweler, is the jeweler going to fix this problem at no charge? Why should I pay for a problem they created? My watch was fine before they replaced the battery

the company contacted the Revdex.com and informed us that he has referred the consumer to a jeweler who could assist him with the setting of the watchThe company stated that no refund, will be given this consumer over a $repair
