[Your Answer Here]I am faxing my responses, that I was able to make copies of, dated Jun **, Jul *, Jul ** and **.  I am also faxing Classic Painting & Home Improvements replies dated Jul * and Aug **.  When I first contacted the Company the owner did come to look at the problems but stated he would not come back to fix it.  I didn't like his attitude then so why would I contact him again.  Also, the Company's two replies somewhat differ.  In my "desired outcome" I requested a billing adjustment which the Company never responded to, so now I would suggest you consider posting on the Revdex.com website.

Classic Painting & Home Improvements showed up to repair what we were told was only a loose seam in the shower. The seam was not open and we didnt want to make it worse.while there we were showed a small pc of paper on the end of the cabinet. because we were not told of this we did not have the proper tools to trim it off. The customer said they did not want us back period. They also have not contacted us since the attempt to rectify an issues.

[Your Answer Here]According to the Company's reply, we showered the next day and it was definitely not "a very hot long shower".  Except for the three mentioned problems there seems to be no noticeable problem. There was very little clean up by the Company, and my sister and I spent several days removing/cleaning the spackle/primer. The fact that the Company mentioned the wall paper mechanic who performed the job  is no longer being used confirms the three mentioned problems. Therefore, if the company is not willing to give us a billing adjustment, we request that our complaint be on the Revdex.com web site.Thank you for your kind attention.[redacted]
