It has been almost 2 months and I have not recieved a refund from a product that I paid for but did not recieve.on March 07, 2014, I wrote a check for a cake stand. I did not use the cake stand and was told by our sales agent I would recieve a refund in 7-10 business days. It has been 2 months now.Desired SettlementI want a full refund Business Response This refund did take too long. The customer had ordered and paid for an item and then canceled the order prior to pickup or delivery. There were some internal issues within Classic that contributed to the delay of the refund check. We understand that our issues should not have caused a delay in the refund and apologize profusely. We thank all of our customers and clients for their business and recognize that problems do occur - we pride ourselves on our ability to quickly rectify issues but clearly in this circumstance we did not do that. We can say confidently that this is not indicative of the excellent levels of service we typically provide.
