Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I was simply told to get lost All Sales Final is just as bad as Political Correctness, both are a shield for evil The bottom line is that I bought this item on his employee's word and she said it was four months old SEVERAL times and in front of SEVERAL people, then denied it when I called Like I said, take me in for a lie detector test and I'll pass it with flying colors Yes I put it in layaway because it looked like a newer ipad and I didn't need to see it each time I paid, what was the point in that if an honest person sold me the item? For all who read this, don't let the dishonest, fast-talking southern woman snow you Leave my complaint permanently unresolved for others to see so they make an informed decision on purchases [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Regards, [redacted]

Here is the paperwork that you have requested. As state to you on 1/13/16 the policy of Classic Pawn is "ALL SALES FINAL". This sign is posted on the wall next to the counter and is printed in 4" lettering.  The other sign says "CASH ONLY" and is also 4"...

lettering. I have attached the invoice for your review. [redacted] came in and purchased the item on 12/12/15. On 12/17/15 he made another payment and then finally paid the balance on 12/21/15. On 12/22/15 his wife came in and demanded the refund of [redacted]'s money.  We showed her the sign on the wall and she left. [redacted] then called us and started yelling and told us that he was going to call the Revdex.com and ruin our reputation. We are a "ALL SALES FINAL" company and this is our position on this issue.
