Sold me a car advertised and told by email.have all my copies .the car was in excellent condition runs great check engine light came on the same day2006 Ford Taurus not as advertised. Check engine light still on.they attempted to fix the car 3 times. Traveling back and forth those 40 miles at my own expense for over 2 weeks now. Paid them 2550Desired SettlementFix the car immediately so I do not ever have to come back or refund my money

salesperson knowingly lied and falsified the condition of the car during sale only to tell after the sale was complete. Complaint1. Business Fraud: The salesperson and owner of the business Mr. [redacted] and Mr. [redacted], willfully and intentionally misrepresented the condition of the car. I bought the car on 1st week of October 2014 at price of $6,300. During negotiations the car was claimed to be on excellent condition and had no known major problems. But as soon as I signed the paperwork and was about to head out, the salesperson/owner ([redacted]) told me that the car had a "small" transmission problem and he would fix it. I brought the car next couple of days to have it fixed, he said he'd have it looked, but the problem continued. And 2 months later with less than 1,000 miles, the car's transmission broke down making the car undrivable. The fix would involve opening the transmission costing $2,100. While making inquiry about the condition of the car they repeatedly made the claim that the car was in "excellent condition and did not have any significant damages". This was exactly what had been advertised on their website and that was promised to me during our transaction. However, as soon I signed the documents and submitted the check for the purchase and was heading out, [redacted] stopped me and mentioned that there was problem with the transmission- that the transmission of the car often failed to register at park, and to do so. I was befuddled, after more than two hours of transaction, where he'd talked much about trust and respect, I could not comprehend that this was happening. He told me that he would fix it. I bought the car in after a couple of days, he had the car inspected, and mentioned that some part had to be tightened, however the problem continued. At this point, being aware of the type of person/business the company was, I just held my resentment for being duped. However, on 5th October 2014, the car failed to reverse. This happened all of a sudden, in perfectly normal condition. I took it to a auto repair shop, and they told me that the transmission had wore out and failed, and would need complete repair which would cost upwards of $2,0000. I was completely shocked! I had been sold a lemon car! And this had happened when Mr. [redacted] was completely aware of the transmission problem. Mr. [redacted] was perfectly aware of the problem regarding transmission when he sold me the car, but he blatantly lied to mentioning that the car had no problem, while doing so he committed fraud. In addition, during negotiations, he maintained that he would include powertrain warranty on the price, but when I started signing the paperwork, and didn't notice the paper for insurance, he denied to offer me powertrain insurance that was promised. Now I am stuck with more than $4,000 loan on the car, with another $2,000 credit to fix a lemon car that he sold me, when he exactly knew the problems that the car would have. Desired SettlementSeeking restitution : Return the car back including the cost to fix itPay for the cost of transmission fixing

The owner is dishonest. Purchased a [redacted]. Check engine light came on shortly after purchase. He promised to repair the vehicle and strung me along for for weeks. The end result, no repair. He went as far as saying that the owner of [redacted] would repair the problem on Friday July 1, 2016 at 8 am. Brought the car in. [redacted] had no knowledge of the appointment.
Avoid this business. You have even warned!

Car sold was false advertising and did not meet emissions inspection.9/8/2015 was the purchase of a [redacted] serial#[redacted]. Paid $5700 for the vehicle. Vehicle was test driven and asked dealership for minor repairs. Next day, dealership handed over the keys and stated the car was in very good condition while placing a 30 day tag. Next day, CEL appeared and had to have it serviced for $2500. Called dealership about the license plate and they stated that I needed emissions inspection. Emissions inspections last a year in NC and this car was not on the lot for more than 20 days. While picking up my license plate, after the emissions inspection, I informed the dealership of the issues with the vehicle and how the vehicle should have been through an emission inspection before sale. Their response, "you should have came to me for a cheaper price"./////Desired SettlementI would like to be reimbursed for the parts that needed replacement for the vehicle to pass emissions inspection./////
