I did speak with the customer, Mr [redacted] We did get Mr [redacted] his refund everything worked out between us It was a paperwork oversight on our part that created this issue originally We have since made internal changes to our procedures to prevent this type of situation in the future

This part was received and repaired and after testing, we deemed it was suitable for return.
We understand your concern and eventhough we feel this is safe for installation, we will accept the return of this part for a credit
Please return this part under RMA and we
will credit you back the cost of the master

hi ***,Thank you for your feedback.You received the parts on 2/? You advised us on 2/(Friday) that you were missing the sway bar eventhough the tracking shows it was deliveredAfter checking with our warehouse and filing a claim with Fedex, we sent you a replacement on 2/(Monday)
at no chargeI see you have received the replacement sway bar todayWe felt that we handled your issue in a timely manner so should have any other issues, please dont hesitate to contact us.?
