I spoke with Mr. [redacted] multiple times regarding this issue. The first time I promised him that I would pay the bill of the second plumber whom he called out. This second plumber did not even fix his problem. The main issue he has was that he...
called us Friday afternoon demanding service to fix the water heater. He was unwilling to wait till Monday. I was down 2 plumbers on that Friday. I told him at that time on the phone that I would pay the other plumbers bill. The other plumber did not even fix the water heater. We came back after the other plumber and found a short in a wire and fixed it. I have already paid the other plumber for his work in not fixing the water heater. At the time Mr. [redacted] was calling me and contacted you I was on vacation with my family. This matter is now resolved and I trust that Mr. [redacted] will confirm all of this when he responds; hopefully he responds.
